The historic village of Chapeltown is ideal for walking, cycling or just relaxing. A stone’s throw away is the friendly pub, offering great pub food. A 5 minute walk will take you to the Wayoh reservoir and surrounding areas leading to Entwistle and Jumbles Country park. Turton Tower is a short walk away and Bromley Cross train station is 1.5 miles with a direct line to Manchester and Clitheroe. The Lancashire cycle way runs past the doorstep as does as the cycling stage of Ironman uk.

Lantana House is quietly situated on the fringe of the village of Brinscall in the Borough of Chorley in Lancashire. It is a traditional designed bungalow, built in 1950. This superb home looks out onto the village cricket green and from the rear, picturesque views of Brinscall Woods, Great Hill, Winter Hill, Rivington and the West Pennine Moors. You may walk, run or cycle from the front or the rear gate into miles of upland moorlands, tree lined valleys, rivers and reservoirs.

First established in 1207, today the Winkley Estate is all about re-wilding, sustainable farming and celebrating the beautiful nature that surrounds us. Winkley Hall Farm has been lovingly refurbished and provides a perfect base from which to explore the countryside, retreat, relax and recharge.

The Corn Mill Cottage, 4A Oswaldtwistle

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Originally a Corn Mill located in the village of Oswaldtwistle. It has been renovated into a 2 bedroom self contained apartment to the highest standards. It is located 500 metres to the open countryside which leads you to an array of lovely walks and nature reserve.

There are an abundance of pubs and eateries within easy walking distance of the cottage and you will love the local walks either on the canal towpaths, West Pennine moors or local woodlands. The village has a quaint and peaceful charm about it that you will also feel when you step inside the cottage.

The main bedroom has a double bed and there is also a double bed in the second bedroom. The third room has a desk and chair so can be used as a space for remote working.
