This adorable garden level condo has been completely remodled and offers granite counter tops, new stainless appliances, luxury vynal planking, tiled walk in shower and so much more. Located just 5 minutes from Rutherfordton Hospital, 13 minutes from the TIEC, and a short drive to Tryon, Hendersonville, and the Blue Ridge Mountains so many adventures await. We installed a plumbing system designed specifically for a garden level home. It may be slightly louder than normal but it works great.

This beautiful, private 748 sq. ft. executive studio is the bottom level of a house with its own private balcony & entry. The studio has a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, table, induction plate & Keurig), full bath, living room, desk, & queen bed. There is a private pool on the property, onsite parking & access to Lake Adger marina a short drive away. Lake Lure is 10 min, Chimney Rock is 15 min, and TIEC is 15 min. Enjoy 14 miles of hiking trails from the house.

A peaceful stay in a quiet gated neighborhood less then 10 minutes from Tryon International Equestrian Center, Cleghorn Golf Course, Overmountain Winery and Mountain Brook Winery. Sleeps 4 comfortably: queen size bed and the couch folds out to a queen bed. A small kitchen is included with all basic needs and coffee. Surrounded by trees, this space offers a quiet place to rest and enjoy the outside on a small private deck. 20 min. from Rutherfordton, Forest City, Tryon and Landrum.

NC Foothills. Mins from TIEC & 4 wineries. 50 mins from Asheville & Blue Ridge Parkway! Newly renovated 270 sq ft historical caboose, bursting with character and amenities! It traveled thousands of miles before coming to us! Imagine the stories it would tell if it could talk! Placed on rails, in a wooded hill, surrounded by acres of family land. Secluded yet super safe!
