Beach street is one block north of Spanish village and the closest beach access road. Good dogs are welcome, $10 per night/per pet. This cottage is registered with the city of Port Aransas as an STR. We will collect the local hotel tax, which is 9% of the room rate. STR # 009758. Airbnb collects the state occupancy tax.

There is also a large pool, play area for kids and walking path to the beach.

Newly updated with stainless steel appliances, high end linens, new artwork and modern touches throughout. However, we kept the charm of the original cottages, leaving the teak wood floors, stained glass and original doors.
