Oriana ist eine wundervolle, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhige Lage - perfekt zum Entspannen. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die schönen Dörfer zu erkunden, im Meer zu baden und Wandern zu gehen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und der Garten war für unseren Hund ideal. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Vielen Dank für alles, Oriana!

È stato un soggiorno veramente piacevole. La casa era perfetta e l'host è stata estremamente flessibile con il check out. La casa è completa di tutto ed è veramente ben attrezzata.

Alessios Wohnung ist perfekt geschnitten und bietet viel Raum für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Es war unser dritter Urlaub in Ascoli und es war die schönste bisher gebuchte Wohnung. Den Abend bei einem Aperitivo auf der Terrasse zu verbringen ist ein Genuss! Man ist, sobald man die Haustür verlassen hat, direkt im centro storico und wirklich alles ist fußläufig erreichbar! Ich denke wir kommen bald wieder.

Ci siamo affidati a Dario per questo weekend di maggio e siamo stati molto bene. L'alloggio era perfetto, vicinissimo al centro tanto da permetterci di fare tutti gli spostamenti a piedi, Dario e Aldezia sono stati sempre molto gentili e disponibili. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e provvisto di tutto tranne che della biancheria da bagno, mancanza non evidenziata chiaramente sull'annuncio ma segnalata nella descrizione di Dario. Torneremo sicuramente.

Stayed on Marco's place for 11 days and i never felt away from home. the place is walkable distance from the Mondolfo center and about 15 minutes away from the beaches. marco sent local recommendations for food and gelato which is a plus.

Ein hübsches Reihenhaus in der zauberhaften Altstadt von Recanati! Herrliche Ruhe, kurze Wege, bequeme Ausstattung und sehr nette und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin! Die Stadt liegt auf dem Hügel und die Aussicht von Antoniettas Haus ist so schön - eine unglaubliche Weite, die mediterranen Dächer und die gute Stimmung der Stadt. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.

We stayed for two weeks (February -April) at Fausto’s place. Enjoyed everything about this house, very private with beautiful backyard garden fully fenced which was great for our dog. The house was spotless clean from kitchen to bathroom and bedrooms. The surroundings - the area short drive (5-10 minutes) is dotted with beautiful top-hill historic villages, vineyards, olive and vegetable farms. Good eateries everywhere. Fausto, our host, was very pleasant, friendly, and easy to comunicate with and super responsive. Overall, it’s a five star for everything and we highly recommend Fausto’s place to everyone planing to visit the area any time of the year!

Pour la Casa Colorata, nous n'avons que des éloges ! La maison est spacieuse, très propre et bien située sur une colline ; le paysage de la campagne des Marches tout autour est superbe. Loretta l'a décorée avec amour et l'a équipée en tout, dans le plus petit détail. Nous avons passé des beaux jours ensoleillés entourés des animaux, des fleurs et des oliviers - l'huile produit par Loretta est exquis. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation !

Schöne Wohnung und Paolo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Oktober war es schon ruhig, aber noch schönes Wetter. Einziges Manko: Das Haus liegt nahe an einer Zugstrecke. Das betrifft aber alle Häuser direkt am Meer und hat uns nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr gestört. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Che dire? Tutto è andato a perfezione. La casa è deliziosa, grande, comoda, con una vista sui colli che digradano a mare che... fa stare molto bene. Il luogo è epicentro perfetto per chi vuole "miscelare" mare con escursioni giornaliere alla scoperta di tutta la bellezza di questa terra.

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Appartamento con tutto il necessario, fornito anche di biciclette molto comode per spostarsi. Masha gentilissima e super disponibile per consigli su luoghi da visitare e posti in cui mangiare. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

L'alloggio è esattamente come descritto nell' annuncio e perciò perfetto per un gruppo di amici da 6-7 persone. L'host si è mostrano estremamente disponibile a rispondere a tutti i dubbi, rispondendo ai nostri contatti in tempi molto brevi. La casa è molto accogliente e dispone di tutto ciò che è necessario per un weekend in tranquillità. Uno dei punti forti è la vista dal balcone, che permette di godersi il sole del tramonto.

Mehran is a super generous and welcoming guy. He goes out of his way to receive you in person, picked me up with his car several times and made sure I was comfortable. The apartment is more than comfortable, has everything you need for a short term stay, spacious, and close to several bus stops that link to the city center. I stayed here twice and I will stay again in the future. I highly recommend !!!

Ottima esperienza, Martina si è dimostrata un host gentilissima, sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. L'appartamento era dotato di tutto il necessario, molto pulito e ben organizzato. Il mare, bellissimo, facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 6/7 minuti. Nei dintorni c'è tutto quello che serve, supermercati, tabacchi, farmacie e bar. Vicino anche il Borgo di Grottammare alta, con una vista sul mare pazzesca. Comodamente raggiungibile con monopattini, biciclette o passeggiando, lungo la lunghissima ciclopedonale, anche la bellissima San Benedetto del Tronto, con molti locali e ristoranti. È stato veramente un bel soggiorno, grazie ancora a Martina e alla gentile Ivana, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa!

we spent a night during our vacation, we were friendly welcomed, the flat is beautiful and we had everything we needed. the area is beautiful and peaceful. Just few minutes away from the beach, but in a quiet area. Next time we will come for longer!
