wir sind zu zweit gereist, dafür war die Unterkunft absolut ideal. mit mehreren Leuten unterwegs ist, gibt es kein Privatsphäre zwischen den Zimmern . Das obere Zimmer und das untere Bad sind absolut top 😊. die Aussicht auf der Terrasse, großartig .

We loved Teresa’s flat, perfect for a 2 night stay for a couple! The flat was super cosy, fresh and clean, the bed was vedy comfortable and the location nice in a cosy small town. The balcony was wonderful for breakfast! Teresa was super friendly and always ready to help🩷

Magnifique logement en plein cœur du Matera historique. Un écrin de tranquillité qui permet de profiter des alentours en toute sérénité, certainement tôt le matin et tard le soir, quand les hordes touristes ont déserté les lieux. Le logement est exceptionnel, offrant notamment une terrasse avec une vue qui l'est tout autant. L'hôte, Patrizia, s'est montrée très réactive et a su nous proposer des solutions parfaites en termes de parking et de restos à tester ans les alentours. Foncez-y les yeux fermés!

Fijn om zo midden in Matera te verblijven, je loopt gemakkelijk naar alle bezienswaardigheden. het is een ruime mooie accommodatie.

Giovanna's place is in a fantastic location in easy walking of all of the major sights and the parking station. It has plenty of room for the two people and is close to restaurants and shops. Check in and out was straightforward. The apartment is very interesting as well as practical.

Ci siamo trovate, veramente molto bene a casa di Alessandro, la comunicazione con lui è sempre stata molto facile! la casa è davvero molto gradevole e comodissima per visitare i Sassi di Matera. È andato tutto benissimo, ma un complimento speciale al nostro host che ha saputo essere immediatamente d aiuto in una situazione indipendente dalla volontà sua e nostra ! Il nostro soggiorno a casa di Patrizia è stato bellissimo. La sua casa nei Sassi di Matera è stupenda e arredata con ottimo gusto. Ci è piaciuto tutto anche trovare un po' di cose per la colazione incluse nel prezzo. Tutto splendido, molto raccomandato. Anche la comunicazione con Patrizia è stata sempre facile e cordiale. 😊

a magnificent historic property fully modernized. immediate parking. perfectly centered and walkable everywhere, pharmacy, dentist, city hall and of course the Patisseries and fabulous restaurants. Fabi is a gracious and responsive host. I'll be back for certain.

As part of a driving holiday around Puglia we required certain things when it came to accommodation. We were looking to stay near the historic centre of each town we visited. We also preferred an on site parking space as on street parking close to town centres can be problematic. Finally the quality of the accommodation needed to be first class. Valeria’s apartment in Matera ticked all these boxes and more. It is fitted out in a modern and tasteful fashion with everything required for a short or long term stay. It has a very peaceful feel to it where you can enjoy the quiet courtyard before setting off on the daily sightseeing. Valeria was very clear and timely with all communication and a highlight was the dealing we had with Pietro as he was there to welcome us as well as checking that everything was OK for us prior to departure. Highly recommended for a place to stay when visiting Matera.

Appartement très bien situé a proximité du centre ville sans être dans le centre touristique. nous avons pu nous garer sans problème dans la rue. on était comme a la maison..avec deux salles de bain, le luxe!

L’appartamento era spazioso e dotata di tutti i comfort. Posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare Matera senza alcun bisogno di spostarsi in auto! Consiglio vivamente

He spent time orienting us with the area and provided a generous selection of local delicacies. An unobtrusive host with a meticulously appointed property. Absolutely stunning location, beautiful home with all of the needed utilities. The view is breathtaking and we loved the view. The walk to the other side of the valley is at the bottom of the steps. Vincenza also booked us a taxi to make the trip to the car easier. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you!

Just perfect for a short family stay in Matera. Really happy that we did not go for a humid cave Sassi, but this perfect spotless clean accommodation just 10 minutes walking from the Sasso districts. Reachable by car, although parking can be a bit tricky, but you don’t have to carry your luggage down the historic district either. Handy shops and great local breakfast bars around as well. Paolo was a fine host, very responsive and helpful. Beds were great as well! Got some descent sleep here.
