Get that touch of British history while relaxing in this bright and spacious apartment. Play a few tunes on the piano or take a break on the welcoming sofa. Then cook something delicious and invite a few people over for a traditional English meal or relax in the garden with a coffee The apartment sleeps 4 people in two double bedrooms. The main bedroom is a lovely and bright twin aspect room with a super kingsize double bed. The other bedroom has a single bed with a pull out single bed to sit alongside. This bedroom can be perfectly adapted for children if required. Both rooms have plenty of storage. All linen for beds is provided. The family bathroom has a bath with over bath shower mixer. Luxury towels are provided. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating a flat screen TV, DVD player, CD music system and a dining table and chairs to seat 6 people. The kitchen area is well stocked with everything you could need including microwave, washing machine and dryer, stove-top hob and double oven. The apartment is very well laid out and set over the first floor it has its own private entrance and free parking within the private gated grounds of the main house. The annex is modernly equipped with WiFi and TV with Sky Cable Television & DVD player. Wifi is available free of charge if you bring your laptop. Bowling Green House has an interesting history and William Pitt a former British Prime Minister lived in the house and died there in 1806. The current art deco house was built on the site of the original building in 1933. Bowling Green House is in a great location in Zone 2, just 5 minutes from the bus routes to central London, Wimbledon Village or Putney where the train or the tube will whisk you into central London in 15 minutes. It is not only ideally located for Wimbledon tennis and the shops and boutiques, bars and restaurants of Putney and Wimbledon but also provides an ideal location to walk, run or explore the surrounding green areas of Wimbledon Common and Royal Richmond Park where the many activities include cycling, running and horse riding. Alternatively you can travel by river taxi going East to the Houses of Parliament & Tower Bridge or West to Hampton Court Palace. If you have a car or you wish to rent a car there is free parking and Bowling Green House provides easy access to the A3 and M25 and of course central London. On site you will receive a welcome pack with our tips on where to go to eat and drink, transportation links, and local gems. Experience a place of calm and tranquillity surrounded by Wimbledon Common, with the benefit of being only minutes away from busy and stylish Putney and Wimbledon. Every amenity is close by, and central London is only a quick train or tube ride away. To makes things easier when travelling with small children we can provide travel cot and highchair if needed.

WELCOME The apartment is bright and sunny, with a lovely garden. The décor is neutral, all the walls are painted white to add to the tranquillity of the space. We live in a quiet area, surrounded by large family homes and trees. You may come here to experience a different part of London, a side of tranquillity many British for. You can dip your toe in upscale British suburbia and experience an oasis of countryside within one of the biggest city's of the world. We live above the flat and welcome any questions or concerns you may have during your stay. We enjoy good food, art and architecture among many other things, and can recommend some fantastic sites to see during your stay in London and in this home. LOCATION We are located in Wimbledon, a slightly suburban part of London, It is a perfect location to retire to after a long day of sightseeing, with its peaceful, country like atmosphere, nevertheless at a hop from the heart of London. 2 minutes walk to Wimbledon Common 6 minutes walk to Wimbledon Tennis Club 10 minutes walk to Wimbledon Village 17 minutes walk to Wimbledon Station with transport links to Waterloo and the rest of central London via the District line. Buses at a 3 minute walk from the apartment, leave regularly with destinations to Putney (10 minutes) or Morden via Wimbledon Station (6 minutes) and South Wimbledon Station (13 minutes). THE FLAT The flat is located on the ground floor of a 1960s townhouse Comprising a large double bedroom with French doors opening onto the garden, a shower room and a kitchen/diner. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and cooker, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine/dryer. The shower room is newly refurbished, with a large power shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom is complete with a flat screen TV (with built in wireless), a CD/DVD player and a large couch to put your feet up at the end of the day. There are also large storage cabinets in the bedroom. Wifi is also provided. We provide cotton bedding and towels and can also provide tea, coffee and milk.

The decor is modern, and high-specification; the bedroom feels light and is equipped with large built-in wardrobe, comfortable brown leather double bed (167cm width), TV and desk. Includes private kitchen (with washing machine and tumble drier) and private shower room.

Lovely room for one person - Female Only. My flat is located next to Wimbledon Common in Zone 3. Only 15mins walk to Wimbledon Tennis and 15mins walk to Southfields tube, local shops, cafes & restaurants. Easy access to Putney & Wimbledon. Bus stop 2 mins away. Closest small food shop 5mins walk. The bedroom has a double bed, storage space, bistro table & TV (Netflix). Your own small kitchenette has a kettle, tea/coffee & a few snacks, toaster, microwave & fridge/freezer. Tap water provided.

Small cozy single room

It's a quiet and friendly family home. A big wardrobe provided in the room to organise your belongings. This helps for short or long term stay and easy. Neighbours are very nice and friendly. Our accommodation is located 3 bus stops from Worcester Park Station. The bus stop is located right in front of our accomodation! There are direct trains to Waterloo from this Station it takes around 20-25 min to Waterloo. We are located in a very friendly, safe and welcoming neighborhood.

A Victorian townhouse, across three floors; with two guest rooms on the first floor. The sitting room and bathroom on the first floor are for the sole use of our guests. The cosy room is furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe with drawers and a bedside table. The Northern line is a 3 minute walk away, and a 25 minute tube journey gets you to Victoria. The area is vibrant and active, but the flat is serene and quiet. The flat also has a garden with a gas bbq.

Nuestra casa amarilla es muy tranquilla ya que se encuentra en una calle sin salida. Te despertarás con los pájaros. En 10 minutos llegas al tren directo para Londres Waterloo. Cuando es la estación de la copa de Wimbledon, llegas rápidamente a los campos de tenis. Puedes aparcar tu coche gratuitamente en la calle delante de casa. Nuestra gata, Minette, te agradecerá tus caricias pero si prefieres, ella no se acercará. Estamos siempre disponibles.
