Sie wohnen zusammen mit mir und meinem kleinen Hund in einer Doppelhaushälfte, wobei das Dachgeschoss abschließbar ist. In ihrer Küche ist kein Wasseranschluß, aber im Bad ist eine Spülschüssel für Geschirr.

Morgens kannst du bei einer Tasse Kaffee Vogelgezwitscher hören oder im nahen Park Joggen, abends beim "Griechen" (150m) den Tag ausklingen lassen. Das App. liegt im Grünen, jedoch nur 15 Min. vom Zentrum entfernt. Zur Messe München sind es 20 Min. Die U-Bahn fährt direkt zum Oktoberfest 15 Min. Autobahn ist 5 Min. entfernt.

Die lichtdurchflutete Erdgeschosswohnung ist ca. 32qm groß und verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten. Außerdem gibt es auf dem Grundstück einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Von der Wohnung sind die Autobahn A94, die Flughafentangente sowie S-Bahn und Zug schnell zu erreichen.
