Super Anbindung über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Nächste U und S-Bahn-Station ist ledglich 200m entfernt, Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig mit Ausrichtung zum Hinterhof und ist somit sehr ruhig. Hochwertig, gut ausgestattete Einrichtung. WLAN vorhanden.

Morgens kannst du bei einer Tasse Kaffee Vogelgezwitscher hören oder im nahen Park Joggen, abends beim "Griechen" (150m) den Tag ausklingen lassen.
