"Old Smokey" is a 1965 pull-behind camper that has been beautifully remodeled. It is cozy, rustic and has been restructured with lots of love. You can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The camper has both air conditioning and a wood stove. "Old Smokey" is a unique and romantic glamping experience. You can cook delicious meals on the propane stove/grill or visit one of our charming local restaurants. This is the perfect location to relax and reset, either solo or with someone special.

The Debonair
The Debonair-A New and Beautiful Airstream Trailer with all the modern conveniences. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a gas range, oven, microwave, a large refrigerator and freezer. An outdoor gas grill is provided for your al fresco meal. Wifi is provided in case you need to stay connected. Relax and unwind as you visit nearby Wineries, Country Markets and local festivals or to Hike or Bike nearby trails. You will be staying on our working farm. We look forward to hosting you!

If you’re looking for country charm with mountain views, you’ve found the right getaway! This tiny living space is in the woods on our private 3 acre lot surrounded by mountain views. Relax inside the newly renovated camper with WiFi availability or step outside & enjoy the hand crafted firepit w benches made from trees on the property or enjoy a game of ax throwing. This space is perfect for a romantic getaway, a work retreat, a stop through town, or a small family or group of friends.

River & Rail
Enjoy all the Potomac River has to offer, just 40 miles south of D.C. Rich in history, our RV trailer sits near the river's edge on our home property about 200 feet from our residence, in Widewater Virginia, between the Potomac River and the CSX railway. Although there are trains that pass by, they do not use their horn in our area, and they are fun to watch! Enjoy a coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise, then light up a fire pit after a day kayaking or fishing on the river.

This private campsite includes a charming off-grid camper for those that don’t want to entirely detach from modern conveniences. Most vehicles can drive to the site, but low sports cars or luxury vehicles are not recommended. It's an adventurous drive, so expect bumps, scratches, and tight turns! If you do not want to drive, it is a 15 minute walk from the parking lot.
