Ova kamena kućica za odmor savršena je za sve koji vole privatnost, mir i tišinu čak i u vrijeme najvećih gužvi na obali. Na Žižnju nema auta, dostupan je samo privatnim brodom. Idealno za sve koji vole robinzonski način odmora i ronjenje.. Osigurani parking u Biogradu i transfer do otoka Žižnja su besplatni.

Unsere in 2024 neu gebauten, großzügigen Nautica Apartments bieten einen atemberaubenden, unverbauten Blick auf das Meer und die Berge durch eine 6m breite Glasfront vom Boden bis zur Decke. Mehr Blick geht nicht. Dieses Apartment 1 im Erdgeschoß hat eine große Terrasse mit eigenem kleinem Garten. Ein toller 14m Pool lädt zum schwimmen ein. Die anderen Apartments im Obergeschoß haben eine 90m² große Dachterrasse.

Das Haus Lilli liegt in der Gemeinde Razanac Zum Sandstrand Ljubac sind es 3 - 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Und zum Stein und Kiesstrand Razanac sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto Zur Wunderschönen Altstadt Zadar sind es 15 Kilometer. Appartement 1 - 120m² Platz für Max 6 Personen Im Garten befindet sich unser Herzstück des Hauses der Pool und die Weinlaube. Kamingrill zur freien Benützung.
