Tara was an amazing host, super helpful and respectful made it so easy to check in, would definitely stay here again, made us feel right at home.

Our stay was perfect. Everything was spotless and absolutely adorable. It was a perfect mix of staying in a historic building with the character and location but also having the cleanliness of a renovated kitchen and bath. Place looked just like the photos and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Be aware the unit is up a flight of narrow stairs, which may not be ideal for some individuals although we didn't mind at all. Would highly reccomend.

Perfect location to walk to VfAM and to dinner, easy to Uber or Lyft downtown or to the Amtrak train station everywhere. Comfy bed, Netflix, coffee!

Very comfortable place in an excellent location. When you can walk two blocks to some of the best biscuits in the world (Early Bird), what else do you need to know?

Matt was super communicative! We had some small issues with the ice maker in the fridge, couldn’t get the appletv to work, and had some broken wheels on a piece of furniture, but host was super attentive to these needs even if a fix didn’t happen within the week. Overall this was a great stay, great location, and very safe

Sylvester’s place is awesome he is very respectful and willing to go the extra mile to help you have a wonderful stay. Sylvester place is clean and has all the accommodations to help you have a great stay. He greets you and makes you feel welcome. It’s in the country so it’s really not much to do but if you just wont to sleep comfortably Sylvester place is the place to be.

This BNB was one that my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed. It had everything we needed plus some. It is in a quiet neighborhood area and has a gorgeous cemetery right across that we got to drive through and enjoy. We had stayed here due to Galaxycon going on in Richmond and it provided a good place to stay. Clean, everything was listed, and the hosts gave very clear instructions and guidance. The hosts even had local recommendations to try, which we were excited about and they were top notch! We had to leave the evening before check-out due to stuff going on at home that we needed to go and attend for. Overall, it was so pleasant and worth the price. All three of us were very pleased and we are appreciative of the hosts allowing us to stay at this listing. We hope to be able to in the future sometime! ❤️

Very nice house in a good location 20 or so min. outside of Richmond, VA. House was clean and exactly as described.

Mayra was extremely responsive and kind. it was a great place to stay while we fished at Osborne Park. Clean, the beds were comfortable.

Just wanted to say Chelsea was an amazing host. She answered my questions within minutes. It seemed like lol we had a great time and the place was well kept and well stocked. I would definitely use her place again.

The place was really nice in a quiet neighborhood, I wish we could have booked it in the summer to use the grill in the back, so a nice little retreat for my family it felt like home. My family would use this place again.

Great spot for a Bachelor Bash weekend. Plenty of space. The hot tub and fire pit were awesome. Martinelli's Sparkling Apple Cider to welcome us was a nice touch! Highly recommend for anyone looking to do the Virginia Historic Triangle.

Amazing house in a great location. Perfect place for proximity to parks and the city. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and check-in/ check-out was easy. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

Great place. Pretty close to some nice areas of Richmond. It is located on a big road so there was some noise from the cars but it wasn’t too bad

Great space to stay, very clear information in the listing and there was coffee available which saved us a trip. Location was great in downtown Richmond, easy to get where we wanted to go. Space was very comfortable.
