It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Elstar - Self Contained Stable, excellent Location

Elstar is one of 2 petit stables, on our Grade 2 farm. It is situated on a quiet, secluded yard next to Russet, with off street gated parking. Elstar overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas, horses and sheep live. Located just outside the picturesque market town of Chipping Sodbury, we are also perfectly positioned for Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Cirencester, walks in the Cotswolds and Badminton and Gatcombe Horse Trials. Badgers Bothy is set within a woodland glade in the grounds of the 16th century Amberley Farmhouse and provides the most unique and charming country escape. Our idyllic cottage is set on the edge of Minchinhampton Common (located in an AONB) and with miles of footpaths which are perfect for those wishing to explore the Cotswolds. The Hay Trailer is a hand crafted wooden cabin built on a reclaimed hay trailer. It is a cosy, light and homely space situated in the sought after destination of St Catherine's, an area of outstanding natural beauty, unspoilt and private. Fitted with a kitchen containing cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. En-suite rain shower, Burlington loo, heated towel rail and stacks of hot water. Cosy up next to the log burner and enjoy the wood fired hot tub which has become a popular addition.
