Cracking apartment in a stunning location - Beautiful views, comfortable, clean and lovely ambience - Hope to be back very soon

We all really loved our stay here. Fantastic views from the apartment and great place to explore London from. The place was super clean and appreciated the top quality linen and towels. Kitchen was great too, with a handy coffee machine. Small grocery stores nearby were rather handy. Tip: found a Thames pedestrian tunnel 1km south so was awesome to explore Greenwich Observatory and Cutty Sark across the river.

Kappy made it very easy for us to check in by explaining and telling us if he was needed he’d be always available. Nothing more than if you are stuck. The apartment itself was incredible especially for the price and couldn’t reccomend it enough from the overview of the o2 and river Thames. Underground was close by too which helped getting into central. 30 mins max you’d be there. Check out was very simple and made it easy for us.

Location of this property was everything. We were there for C2C at the O2 and couldn't have asked for a better location. Check in was easy and the person we met was polite and gave us a choice of two apartments. The apartment itself was lovely, clean and tidy, modern and well presented. There is secure parking on site but at an additional cost of £40 a day which is not the cheapest in the area. My advice would be to look elsewhere for parking. The only criticism I have of this property is the lack of amenities. It was lacking in the basics such as plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, dishwasher tablets, shampoo and shower gel. All of which the listing states it provides and for the price you pay I would expect to be provided.

The apartment is sunny and spacious with a great view of the Thames. The garage was useful to securely keep our car and local transport links were good to use during our stay.

Clean, nice location and Devi was great at communicating and ensuring we were happy with the stay!

Eravamo due famiglie con due bambini ciascuno. Gli spazi a disposizione sono sufficienti per stare comodi (c'è da allestire il letto in soggiorno oggi notte). Nell'appartamento ci sono tutti i comfort necessari. I due bagni facilitano la convivenza di 8 persone. Il terrazzo offre una bella vista sul Tamigi. La stazione di North Greenwich è vicina e ci si arriva comodamente a piedi. All'interno della O2 arena ci sono molti ristoranti di varie tipologie. A tutti noi è piaciuto molto.

We had the most wonderful stay for 6 days at this gorgeous apartment in Chelsea. With two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lovely veranda overlooking the stunning London skyline, the place truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was absolutely fantastic—always available, incredibly helpful, and quick to respond to any question or request. His hospitality made everything seamless from start to finish. The location was good. Public transportation is just around the corner, making it easy to explore the city - and having a Tesco and a cozy coffee wagon just a few steps away was super convenient. We genuinely loved our time here and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, peaceful surroundings and a beautiful view of London!

Very nice place to stay for a night or two. Very quaint. Beautifully decorated and furnished, and nice little touches like a small bottle of beer and wine, plus a jug of milk in the fridge along with a couple of kitkats! Relaxation /kitchen area very small and compact, but perfectly adequate for a single/couple not intending to spend too much time there. Bed comfy. Comms with owners fast and friendly.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and promenade. Plenty of variety in the many local restaurants and cafes nearby. Hastings pier and town is a short walk away.

We LOVE Helen’s house - it is in a fabulous location, spotlessly clean, exactly as pictured and so beautiful and comfortable. I would recommend Helen and her beautiful house to everyone. Thanks Helen for the bottle of champagne and chocolate you left for New Years Eve, such a lovely thoughtful gesture.

We hadden een prachtig verblijf. De ligging van het huis is schitterend. Zicht op zee en de duinen zijn je tuin. Het huis is heel licht en mooi ingericht. De verhuurders waren zeer vriendelijk en onmiddellijk bereikbaar. Onze kinderen hadden het er ook helemaal naar hun zin, zo dicht bij het strand. We hadden ook heel mooi weer :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s beautiful beach property! We were 4 adults with 4 children and it was perfect. Plenty to do in the area, we went to rye and camber sands. House has everything you need for cooking. Plenty of fridge and freezer space and double oven. Hot tub was very much appreciated once the children were in bed!! Highly recommended

Great house right on the shingle beach. Wonderful view of the sea and around the bay from the terrace. We had a lovely relaxing long weekend in the glorious sunshine. Very well equipped house, everything you'd need in the kitchen and some extra goodies from Donna as well as milk, butter, tea etc. Great games room although the weather was so good we didn't use it much. Donna is an excellent host, good communication. We hope to return.

I stayed at West Pier House with some friends for my 40th birthday. The house is in a fantastic location, close to the station, even closer to the sea front and 10 minutes from The Lanes. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Cat and Andy were great hosts, easy to contact and very amenable. So I chose this house! Thank you both!

Loved everything about this house! We were lucky with the weather so got to spend the days on the beach and the evenings on the gin terrace and in the bbq hut! The house was incredible and we also hired the private chef that Leigh Anne can recommended! Short walk to a lovely cafe called the hub, a park for the kids and the most epic ice creams! Can’t wait to stay here again

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! In over 10 years on airbnb, this was hands down my best experience! The flat is absolutely gorgeous, even better than the pictures! The views are breathtaking and the location is superb! All of the amenities were incredible - super comfortable mattress, beautiful, pristine sheets, stocked up kitchen with all necessities, including good quality coffee pods, amazing sound system, that is easy to connect to your devices, fast wifi and even sunbathing chairs to take to the beach or the balcony! I mean everything about Steven's flat was outstanding and made my stay in Hastings unforgettable. Steven was an amazing host too. I can't recommend Steven's place enough, it's such a treat!

From the initial enquiry to check in Stephen was helpful and patient seeing it was our first Airbnb experience We were greeted on arrival by James who like Stephen was fantastic. James gave us a great insight into local pubs and restaurants,helped us unload car and showed us around the penthouse.The penthouse itself was spotless and sitting on the large balcony overlooking the bandstand and beach was so relaxing. The penthouse was within easy walking distance of Brightons attractions. This will be the first of many visits Thank you Stephen and James From Steve and Karen

Susan’s condo is fantastic. Immaculately clean, with wonderful views from the windows and the balcony. There are stairs to negotiate and parking can be a bit of a bugger, but you’re in close proximity to seaside attractions and the buses run frequently. She was also very friendly and responsive in her texts.

Staying in this flat for a week was like living inside a poem. The decor, the attention to detail, the comfort of the bed, the textures of the carpets and curtains, and the beauty of the surroundings were wonderful. Sitting on the rocking chair watching the sea was a delight every day. It was like going back in time, but with all modern comforts. A few minutes walk away is Maker & Baker, the best bread in town. It’s right on the seafront, just between Hastings and Saint Leonards, so walking distance from most places you’d want to go or an easy taxi ride anywhere else. The most beautiful and satisfying Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you Kimberley, for creating such a lovely space.
