Our apartment "Haliaetum" is located in a family villa by the sea, on the walkway to the San Simon beach in Izola. Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

For curious/respectful travellers. No car parking.

Casa immersa nella natura con due ampie stanze matrimoniali attigue, grande soggiorno con angolo cottura, veranda, bagno e giardino esclusivo per un'esperienza stravagante. Necessario automezzo per poter raggiungere il centro di Trieste in 15 minuti. Luogo sempre silenzioso e rilassante. Pista ciclabile a pochi minuti per raggiungere la città per chi è allenato! Passeggiate e sentieri nei boschi immediatamente a due passi da casa. Possibilità di fare fuoco e grigliate. Wellness a solo 1 km!!!

Apartment Slavi is in the private house in small village Manče 5 km on the way from Vipava to Štanjel. It has very peaceful surroundings in the middle of nature, vineyards, trees... Vipava Valley is perfect for hiking, cycling, climbing or just chilling. It has best starting point to visit most of Slovenija. Karst is near, you need just 45 min to Ljubljana, Portorož, Piran, Tolmin... Apartment has 2 floors, each has air condition and bathroom. In front of the house there is a big green garden.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

A self-catering apartment in a family house in the Slovenian Karst region. The house is very comfortable and spacious, with a big yard and terrace. The apartment is on the ground floor, with an easy access. Two spacious bedrooms have all the necessary equipment to serve as a sleeping and living room – perfect for a family with two or three children! The apartment boasts a spacious kitchen with all the necessary equipment and condiments available. There is even an old piano to rehearse!

Cosy 1 bedroom apartment

Apartment is located in Zavrhek, a small village 7 minutes from Primorska highway and few minutes drive from Škocjanske caves which are a part of UNESCO heritage. Another monument worth visiting is 20 minute drive to Lipica and its Lipizzan stud farm. Nature lovers will find our little village calming as you can walk around safely. For cyclists there are many marked routes around Zavrhek, mostly passing through woods and meadows. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Un piccolo gioiello affacciato sul mare, perfetto per una vacanza all’insegna del relax. L’appartamento si apre con un ampio ingresso ed è composto da camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia e luminoso soggiorno open space con angolo cottura a induzione. Il vero punto forte è il suggestivo porticato affacciato sulla marina, ideale per godersi la vista e l’atmosfera del mare. Posto auto coperto riservato in garage privato collegato direttamente all’appartamento tramite ascensore.

The Riverside Home

Our home is empty most of the year as we moved abroad. After our own positive guest experiences, we decided to share our home with other travel enthusiast. We renovated and adapted the rooms for guests and hope you will enjoy the atmosphere and excellent location. The apartment is in a very old building on the 1st floor (w/o elevator) in the old town directly on the riverbank. It has a beautiful view of the river and in the winter of the castle when the trees are w/o leaves.

Very charming apartment in a fantastic location directly in front of the sea : nice and rare terrace with wonderful and direct Adriatic seaview ! Located in the quiet heart of Piran, superb venetian old city, close to restaurants, shops and local market. The luminous studio can accomodate 2 adults guests and is modernly renovated. Welcome in Piran, venetian jewel ! Note : Due to Covid, a reinforced cleaning and disinfection protocol is applied between each traveler.
