Upstairs a spacious landing offers seating, 4 en-suite TV bedrooms sleeping 9 with 2 zip/link beds enabling flexible sleeping. The top floor provides an additional TV lounge.

The jewel in the crown is the sumptuous sunroom overlooking the private lake. The property is on a site with other holiday cottages for families and is therefore not suitable for loud parties.

Originally constructed in the early 1800’s to accommodate officers working at the neighbouring Knutsford Courthouse. Catering for up to 6 guests, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs the master has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds and they share a shower room.
