Deze met liefde zelf gebouwde Tiny House, is uniek gelegen aan het water (een kanaal) in het groene buitengebied van Spaarnwoude. De perfecte combinatie van ruimte, natuur en de nabijheid van de steden Amsterdam en Haarlem. Op de begane grond vind je een compleet ingericht keukentje, een badkamer met toilet en douche en een eethoek. Buiten is een terras op de steiger. Op de eerste verdieping is een tweepersoonsbed en een bank, om daar van het bijzondere uitzicht te genieten over het kanaal.

Ook het station waar de trein naar Amsterdam (10 minuten), Haarlem, Schiphol en Zandvoort vertrekt ligt op 5 minuten lopen. Er is de mogelijkheid om op eigen terrein gratis te parkeren.
