The location was gorgeous. The view and the beach were amazing. It was a short quick walk down to the beach, pool, restaurants, and beach bar. You definitely need a vehicle to explore more of the islands, but after spending a day beach hopping, the one at the condo was by far our favorite for both swimming and relaxed snorkeling (even our teenagers agreed)! We’ll definitely be back again!

Amazing location. We stayed here for a wedding at Seastar Villa across the street. Close enough to the wedding venue to walk and 5 minutes to the stores in Red Hook

Shawn’s place was as described, conveniently located a few minutes of a walk away from Sapphire Beach. The apartment has what you need for a beach day, including beach towels, chairs, and snorkeling equipment. As a host, Shawn was a good communicator and responded quickly to my questions. The check-in/check-out process was a breeze. Would recommend!

We love the condos at Cabrita by the Sea. We chose this location because of the ocean being literally steps away. Nothing like listening to the waves before bed and waking up to the same in the morning. Veronica was an amazing host. Super responsive and her recommendations of things to see and do in the area was outstanding. The condo had all the necessities and then some. It was the vacation we needed and Veronica’s place was the perfect place to call home during our time. We will definitely be back. Thanks for having us and being a great host.

As we walked into the house the view took our breath away! The house had everything needed for our stay. The car worked great especially having four of us staying at the house. We woke up every morning early to catch the beautiful sunrises and have a hot cup of coffee. Having two refrigerator s was very helpful especially for keeping lots of ice and amenities. The porch area is great to hang out with everyone especially after a long day at the beach where we could wind down for the evening. I would highly recommend the house!

We had a very nice stay here. The Caldwell family are very nice people and helped us a lot with local details, particularly the ferry schedules. The beach is very nice and the family operates a drink stand and beach chairs, which are complimentary to their guests. As it costs $10USD per chair per day this was a valuable benefit. The roadway up to the house is quite steep and slippery in the wet, so care must taken. However, it was helpful in burning off calories! Also, there are roosters everywhere in and around Cane Garden, so if you wake easily you will need earplugs. Bobby's grocery store is close by for water and other items, and if you wish to do some cooking in the well supplied kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent, there was plenty of hot water and the beds very comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at Nancy’s property, which was perfect for our family. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to both the beach and the pool, making it incredibly convenient for everyone. The on-site restaurant was a great perk, so we didn't have to worry about cooking every day. The unit itself was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Having a full kitchen allowed us to prepare meals easily, and the three full bathrooms made getting ready a breeze, even with a large group. One of the best surprises was that beach towels were provided, so we didn’t have to pack our own. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations and made for a truly memorable family vacation. We can't wait to come back!

The house was great! We had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The view from the porch is amazing. I took a couple of naps in the hammock. We had water and beer waiting for us in the fridge, a very nice touch. The only thing I will warn is the road to get there is rough. There is a section that’s very bumpy, so you’ll definitely a jeep or similar . But you need that anyway if you plan to explore the island . We made it ok in a Rave 4 . Jamie was very nice and flexible. We got to the island early and she gave us some beach towels so that we could go enjoy the beach while they got the house ready. I would definitely recommend Jamie and this property.
