By car, we are 3 miles from town (Cruz Bay), where you will find all of your necessities. This is the ideal cottage for a couple or two friends. Located on the "quiet side of the island", this fabulous 1 bedroom home is a dream with loads of deck space and breathtaking views of the ocean. Upstairs: living/kitchen, full bath (+outdoor shower!). Downstairs: Bedroom with king Tempur-Pedic bed and spacious ensuite bathroom/ shower. Upstairs living room also offers additional space with a cozy sofa bed. Parking, bedroom A/C, Starlink WiFi, battery backup, laundry, and all a mile from Salt Pond beach. 4 wheel drive is HIGHLY recommended.

Our new and improved campsites have been upgraded to air conditioned container rooms! A queen matress with fresh linens and towels are ready for your stay. A TV, recessed lighting, air conditioning and small fan are also newly added to our sites. We have installed large decks with railings in front of each container room which also have two adirondack chairs and table. The conainer rooms are new this season, so all reviews prior to August 1st 2024 are from the previous nylon tents.

The building is owner-occupied, and is just steps from John's Folly Bay, a shallow sandy/rocky lagoon on the south side of St. John.
