I truly enjoyed my stay and it was relatively smooth getting to Casa Sita. Terry was responsive to my messages and offered his area knowledge, which was much appreciated. I will be returning and staying at Casa Sita once the opportunity presents itself.

הדירה הכי טובה שהייתי בה בכל דרום אמריקה! השירות של הצוות פשוט מעל לכל ביקורת! תמיד יש מענה, תמיד עוזרים ותמיד בחיוך! המיקום של הדירה פשוט מעולה, הדירה מרווחת עם מיזוג אוויר, טלוויזיה חכמה, מטבח מאובזר! יש שער שמירה בכניסה ומרגישים בטוח למרות שאין צורך, הדירה נמצאת על השדרה הראשית ובמקום מאוד בטוח! ממליץ ביותר על הדירה הזאת! הכי נהנתי בה מכל המקומות שהיינו בהם!

Anderson super atento y siempre respondió a cualquier duda...gracias amigo. la casa nos gustó mucho adrmas de tener todo lo basico el plus la vista de la terraza al lago, la tranquilidad y cerca de el centro y lugares turísticos y comerciales del lugar....recomendable...volveria

El lugar es un lugar privado accesible mayormente por el lago (vía lancha) aunque se puede caminar muy a gusto por un sendero a la orilla del lago, un lugar hermoso con una excelente vista, a tener en cuenta es el horario de las lanchas, ya que regularmente después de las 6 se tiene que contratar una lancha privada, sin duda regresaríamos pues el lugar es excelente

This slice of paradise is beyond words and you should just make the amazing decision of staying at the sunset lodge! I booked for two days and ended up staying here a week. Nothing was available so he upgraded me to the ROCK apartment. If you get the opportunity to stay in that unit take it! Luxury and nature at your finger tips. Nice, mostly private location right by the water with ability to swim in cleaner parts of Lake Atitlan as well as kayak and paddle boards availability upon request. While it is a slight walk from the town, it is much nicer to be by the water than the hustle and bustle. The two paths are either the more complicated one involving steep stairs or the one through the Natural Reserve which are dependent on operating hours. Niels, the host, and Victor, the housekeeper are responsive and flexible. We came in via private boat given the access to the house is far and we had suitcases. Definitely more on the expensive end. Would put that into consideration when deciding on this Airbnb. We enjoyed our stay overall.

El lugar está súper bien ubicado , cerca de Panajachel, de fácil acceso y una vista impresionante. Las instalaciones son muy acogedoras y decorado con buen gusto. Tiene todas las facilidades que te hacen disfrutar de una estadía cómoda y relajada. Las camas son una delicia y la vista desde las habitaciones son un regalo al despertar. Sofia siempre fue súper amable y atenta todo el tiempo.

Marcos was beyond helpful during our stay at his beautiful lake house! He greeted us personally when we arrived and was quick to respond to our questions. He provided a guide with local restaurants and activities which made exploring easier. The home was spotless, welcoming, and such a restful place to relax. We hope to be back to visit in the future, and would highly recommend Marcos’ home as a place to stay!

The view is even more impressive in person! The apartment itself felt even bigger than what the pictures show. The staff was amazing! Absolutely loved my stay in Panajachel!! 10/10 would stay here again!

This place is a gorgeous gem! It’s like a magic trick walking from the busy street with vendors into an oasis of beauty. The property is a dream, the view is impeccable, the house is spacious and nice. We were just very hot the first night as the house had been closed up all day. There were some small bugs throughout the house…and the biggest concern was safety. There are multiple doors to the house that aren’t easily locked. The property feels safe and secure, just the house itself felt insecure. The family that stays on property is there for anything you need and so very helpful at any given moment you need help! They are kind, courteous, and stay out of your way unless you call on them. They let us use their paddle board and took it down to the beach for us and brought it back up. So kind. I would stay again!

this was really great find on Airbnb in San Pedro la Laguna. the place was quiet, private, free of street noise. obviously village's strict rules of quiet hours helped as well. many thanks to Sam who always responded within minutes ready to answer any questions even those nothing to do with his place. he provided with all useful tips and recommendations. will return!

I agree with all the previous reviews - can’t recommend Griselda and Antonio’s place high enough. San Pedro is loud ! And this is an oasis of calm yet walkable to the town and language school(s) we will defo be back.

Nuestra experiencia en el alojamiento de Geovany fue maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación fue rápida y muy amable; siempre atento a nuestras dudas. Al llegar, su amigo Chema nos recibió en el embarcadero y nos llevó al lugar. Al entrar, confirmamos que todo era tal como en las fotos: limpio, acogedor, camas muy cómodas y una vista espectacular desde la habitación principal y el balcón. Chema también fue clave para que aprovecháramos al máximo nuestra estancia, organizando para nosotros un tour al mirador de San Pedro, otro del cacao y uno de textiles. ¡Increíble todo lo que conocimos en tan poco tiempo! Nos vamos muy contentos y agradecidos. Sin duda, una experiencia que recomendaríamos a cualquiera que visite la zona.

Sencillamente espectácular, volvería a quedarme ahí sin dudas, vista increible, todo funcionaba perfecto, muy cómodo. Ana Regina siempre estuvo disponible. Incluye servicio diario de limpieza lo cual es mágnifico para descansar sin preocuparte de nada. Tuvimos algun problema con la llave del lavamanos, pero seguramente fue mala suerte.

I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming about my next visit. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I felt immediately at home in Tzanabaj! Nico and Venus are great hosts and I loved my studio! right by the lake, peaceful, while also close to the city center (10 min tuk tuk), where the restaurants and supermarkets can be found. There is also a beautiful community living in the other houses, so you can have your privacy and socialise with other like-minded people if you want. Totally recommend!
