Tropea - appartamento sul mare nel Centro storico

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Roof top terrace features outdoor shower with beautiful tiles, bbq and lounge area.

The house is located on the edge of a small village with its typical Calabrian atmosphere and at the end of a dead end street, with direct access to the sea on foot in about 8 minutes. And often with a view of Stromboli and the Aeolian Islands. The property is completely fenced and has its own garden, barbecue area, parking space, and private pool (available from May 26)! The well-known tourist stronghold of Tropea, awarded the most attractive small town in Italy in 2022, is only 3 km away!

La casa è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia ed è un rifugio perfetto tra mare e cielo. Le grandi vetrate permettono di ammirare il mare che si estende all’infinito e regalano lo spettacolo mozzafiato dei tramonti infuocati. Ogni stanza è pensata per garantirvi tranquillità: dal letto, dalla cucina o dal soggiorno, potrete ascoltare il suono delle onde che si infrangono sulla riva e che creano una colonna sonora naturale che accompagnerà ogni vostro momento di relax. The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

Il Il monolocale è ubicato al piano terra di un antico casale ristrutturato. Dotato di veranda esterna completa di ombrellone, tavolo, sedie e sdraio, di fronte all'alloggio è presente un'area in comune di giardino ben curato con angolo lettura e sdraio, e angolo barbecue, all'interno della struttura si trova anche il posto auto. L'appartamento di 20 mq è composto da camera matrimoniale e angolo cottura unico ambiente e bagno indipendente con box doccia.

Monolocale "Iris" fa parte di "Villa Margherita", che comprende altri 3 appartamenti. La sua particolarita' è il balcone con vista mare. Lo definisco grazioso e raffinato. In dotazione troverete stoviglie, pentole, biancheria da letto e da bagno. Si trova nel punto piu' bello della Costa degli Dei, vicino alla bellissima Tropea a cui è stato assegnato il titolo Borgo dei Borghi (Anno 2021).

Appartamento di (60 mq), 1 camera da letto, un soggiorno/cucina accessoriata di tutti gli elettrodomestici, 1 bagno, una grande terrazza con arredo per esterno. Appartamento ben arredato e molto confortevole; il prezzo standard è per 2 persone ma l'appartamento può ospitare , comodamente fino a 4 persone; per ogni persona aggiunta si paga un extra di € 40 Euro a notte .

L' appartamento si trova a 2 km da Tropea, ha 2 splendide terrazze panoramiche ed un balconcino vista mare. Dalla terrazza panoramica è possibile mangiare ad ogni ora del giorno accarezzati da una leggera brezza con una vista mare incredibile che va da Tropea allo Stromboli. L' appartamento è ubicato in Via Provinciale 2° Traversa n 5/7 Santa Domenica di Ricadi.
