We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely home! The setting and landscape design were spectacular. We enjoyed going on hikes and walks from the property and it was convenient to get to and from downtown SB. Communication with and instructions from the home owner were clear and simple to follow.

This 'Garden House' really is just that! The grounds are beautiful and the house is so welcoming. So many places to gather and/or lounge! The kitchen is large, well-equipped and was perfect for family meals. Beds are comfy and bathrooms clean and spacious. The outside entrance for the studio bedroom was different, and though we didn't use the kitchenette, I could see that it had everything needed to be a standalone unit. The casita is down a small hill, next to the fire pit. Although it doesn't have its own bath, it is a cozy and quiet bedroom, probably best for someone who doesn't need bathroom trips at night! We were a group of senior citizen siblings and loved the chance to walk the nearby nature preserve, though not everyone made it down the neighborhood's steps to the beach, lol. FYI, Google maps didn't quite take us far enough on the street - be sure to look for the house number.

Having three bedrooms and two bathrooms was an absolute blessing, even with just 3 people on the trip. Between driving in from AZ (day 2 of trip from NM!) and all kinds of crazy back and forth trips to LA for concerts, we definitely needed the various rooms to decompress and gets our showers done. Hot water lasted through 3 people, so good sized tank or one of those in-line heater things, not sure which. Space was clean and elegant. I truly wish we'd had time to use the hot tub or the book nook. As it turned out, we didn't, but both looked great. We prefer slightly softer beds (2 out of the 3 of us), but the third person was quite happy with the firmness thereof. Having washer and dryer on site was useful. Oven/Stove worked fine when we used it three times during stay. Fridge was big and clean. Overall happy with the stay and the amenities.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights. It was a girls’ trip. We loved the view. The house was very equip. with dishes etc. that was nice since we did breakfast every day. Everyone had a bed and slept well. Thanks for letting us stay at the property, this was a girls’ trip to remember. ❤️❤️

Absolutely beautiful property, this quickly became our happy place and did not want to leave. Such an amazing location and view, beautiful house that we fell in love with. Highly recommend. Loved the layout, kitchen, beds and bedding was lux. Hot tub and table tennis for the kids. Steam room / shower was great. Sitting outside with a glass of wine looking out over Santa Barbara makes me want to go back already…

Super friendly cohabitation, fresh eggs were amazing… and very comfy bed. Was quite busy with clients and didn’t get to utilize the amenities as had hoped to, dry sauna was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if available. Best Regards CB and BJ

We stayed for two nights with our two young sons (4 & 2) and had a blast. They loved the yards and it was so easy to get to everything Santa Barbara has to offer, and so close to supermarket and restaurants. We definitely hope to stay again!

This sweet little house was great for an extended weekend visit to Santa Barbara! We were able to walk to the local coffee shop and stroll to the Farmers Market on Saturday morning. The driveway is small but our Subaru fit perfect. It is a busy street but not so bad after 10 pm. Dawn is a great host and responds quickly to any inquiry r=or questions. Check in and check out were easy with no issues.

Nice spot with a lot to do around it, super friendly people everywhere. House was nice and clean and it’s in a quiet neighborhood besides the airport.

I had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Everything was clean and well-kept, and I really appreciated having separate rooms for extra privacy and convenience. The host was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

We loved our stay. The casita is close to downtown Santa Ynez and surrounded by horses and cows! The property is private and very quiet and peaceful. We brought our dogs along and were able to walk them in a nearby neighborhood and take them on adventures with us. Jeanne’s place was clean, well appointed and she was very helpful and a clear communicator. One surprise was the tax that was due separate from the paid price to Airbnb. It is stated in the listing that tax was not included but I missed that it would be paid separately. So just note, but we really enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back!

Had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage! The location is absolutely amazing—close to everything you need, including the beautiful ocean and hiking trails in Montecito and Santa Barbara. It’s the perfect spot for a weekend retreat. The cottage was cozy and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. We can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

Matt and Linda’s place was the perfect spot for us to visit our daughter who recently moved to Lompoc. The house was lovely and the little yard in back was perfect for traveling with our 2 small dogs. Lompoc itself is a very nice, quiet town with friendly people and good restaurants. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, it would be good to check the SpaceX launch schedule in advance as the rockets are very loud. We will definitely consider Matt and Linda’s place the next time we visit Lompoc.

Kat is a great host and the petite retreat is stunning -- we loved the outdoor shower and location. Looking forward to visiting again!

We stayed at this amazing property for two nights with a large extended family, and everyone, kids, pets, and seniors alike. Had a fantastic time! The house was spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax. The huge backyard was perfect for kids and pets to play, while the well-equipped kitchen made hosting a family dinner a breeze. The pool table in the main room added an extra layer of fun for both kids and adults. The location was absolutely beautiful, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The owner was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. Communication was smooth and easy, and the house was spotless with clear, labeled instructions for everything, making our stay stress-free. With ample parking and thoughtful touches like board games, this property truly had it all. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Pismo Beach area!

WOW!!! We LOVED our stay at Liz & Robins’ Haven! They made me & my family feel right at home! We loved every. single. second. and did NOT want to leave this paradise. Liz was very attentive to us & even picked us some plums from her garden which were so yummy!! I recommend this place to everyone (especially those traveling alone) as it is a VERY safe & secluded area. We will be back for sure!

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

This place is incredible. We had the most relaxing girls weekend away & loved Hilary’s gorgeous home. Surrounded by rolling hills & wildlife we had a fantastic experience. We look forward to returning and are marking this as a favorite stay. Highly recommend. Hilary is so warm & welcoming. The refrigerator was stocked with water & some beverages. She even left a sweet breakfast pastry from a local bakery that we all loved having with coffee in the morning. Best Airb&b experience ❤️ Thank you Hilary!

Beautiful property which was so accurate to the photos, perfect location, easy instructions and loads of helpful information. The energy at fantastical cottage was so beautiful, it was the perfect getaway.

We enjoyed our week stay at Frank's place. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect! Easy access to the beach and walkable to many great restaurants. We walked to the nearby Amtrak train station to take a quick 15 minute ride to Santa Barbara. Frank provides beach chairs, umbrella, table, cooler, ect for a relaxing day at the beach. Frank was a great host.

Really gorgeous property and they have the cutest dog ever!!
