We really enjoyed our stay here! Having the pool was fantastic and the house was bigger than I anticipated when I booked. What a little oasis. Appreciated the parking at the house and the side street parking. Loved the quick access to other shore towns. A great find overall.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay. The home was perfect for us and our 4 children with lots to do. Many attractions within 15-20 minutes and the kids enjoyed walking to the pier to fish. Can't wait to come back.

Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

We had an amazing bachelorette weekend at Yelitza's place! There was plenty of room for all 10 of us, and the amenities, especially the pool, were fantastic and matched the description perfectly. The location was ideal, so close to the beach with plenty of stores within walking distance, or a quick drive. Yelitza was very responsive; I only had to reach out a couple of times with questions, and she responded right away with helpful solutions. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely flawless. Donovan was a great host, very responsive. The house is simply fabulous. Bay setting gorgeous and complete with hot tub, pool and fire pit all of which we used. The bedrooms were very large and fully equipped with everything needed. There is nothing I would change about our stay. Donovan has a book in the house that tells you all about the house and the events/ restaurants etc. It’s an ideal party house with an outdoor kitchen and indoor second kitchen complete with ice maker, wine coolers and supplies. But we were there for the relaxation and it was perfect for that too! I highly recommend this home and hope to stay again!

Lots of green trees and privacy on a beautiful block people were very friendly. Nice quiet area, there’s a shul down the block there’s an eruv. The layout of the home is perfect with 3 bedrooms on one side and one on the other very open and bright. We would definitely stay there again for Shabbat or chag. Issac was very accommodating.

Juliann’s place was great! The Jersey shore has been our family vaca spot for generations and this was a great place to stay. It wasn’t directly in the hustle & bustle of busy seaside but was still within walking distance of the night life and fun activities. Super close to lavallette and the shops in that area that I frequented as a child. The house was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you needed. She was also very responsive and so so kind. Would highly recommend her house :) Also, someone left behind a little shark stuffed animal that my son fell in love with. I thought it was apart of the house so I told him to leave it behind. He left a note next to the shark and Juliann said she’d leave it out for the next family that stays. Hopefully they keep the tradition going so every little kid can enjoy little sharky! Haha

Place was great , clean , everything they advertised to be , and were super easy to deal With , they also checked in frequently to make sure our stay and vacation was going great and if we needed anything, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to booking again next summer!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group. The layout of the house allowed for the 3 families in our group to enjoy each other’s company or retreat to their own private space if needed. The location of the house cannot be understated, less than a block from the boardwalk! Walking to the boardwalk with the kids was a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect house and location for a group of 7. The house exceeded all of our expectations and is even better than the pictures show. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly arranged for a relaxing stay. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach, the Seaside Heights boardwalk and some great lobster rolls! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Spring Lake. The house was in a great location, close to the beach and to town. The house was clean and well equipped!

I haven’t used Airbnb a whole lot but Tom was a fantastic host. Very responsive and the house was great, a very cozy beach house. Plenty of food around the area, 2 minute walk to the beach and very spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful and spacious home, Christine thought of everything! You could pack very little and have everything you need. Beautifully clean home and perfect location, clear instructions and everything super accessible.

Place fit the bill for needs. Only quirks-1. there is a restaurant/bar across the street, and the windows in the kitchen had no blinds/coverings, so we kind of felt like we were in a fishbowl; 2. the bunk bed room was a little stifling as there was no air flow when the window is closed.

this was by far our favorite air BNB! Tina's place felt just like home. Close to great food and the beach but also a beautiful neighborhood to walk our baby and dog. close to downtown shops the other direction. The house was cozy, clean, and had anything we could think of - games, a grill, beach badges, and more. Tina was super responsive, and very nice! we'll definitely try to come back!

The hosts were amazingly responsive and helpful. The home was incredible. Truly one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in so far. They prepared the kitchen table for Thanksgiving for us and our family who flew in from out of town. The home was very kid and adult friendly. So many amazing details. We would definitely rent again. We absolutely loved this house, and Hong was the perfect host! The location was perfect - just three blocks from the beach, so it was a quick walk but also removed enough from the amusements to be quiet. We loved the layout of the house, with four spacious bedrooms upstairs that opened into a common room with a pool table, and two more bedrooms downstairs. The large kitchen and dining area was amazing; it had plenty of seating for a large group of people. Hong was very generous and flexible about check-in and check-out times. When we had a question about something in the house, he was on the spot in five minutes. We would definitely recommend this house for a great time near the boardwalk and beach.

My bridesmaids and I stayed here for my wedding in April 2025. The place was extremely clean and spacious, especially downstairs where hair and makeup set up the morning of my wedding. There is a ton of natural light throughout the home, which was great for my photographer. The home is conveniently located about two blocks from the PPB boardwalk, as well as center of town (Arnold Ave) where there are many restaurants, and was close to my venue Clark’s Landing. Brian was very responsive and was so sweet to leave my now husband and I a bottle of wine to welcome and congratulate us. We used Coastal Linen Service to provide towels and sheets as they are not included (Brian recommended) and we had no issues with delivery or leaving them for pickup. Overall, was a great stay and memorable weekend! I will advise there are large stairs leading up to home, I would not recommend for the elderly or those with disabilities. Also, TV downstairs does not have streaming, but king bedroom TV does.
