It is located just one mile from downtown Watkins Glen and minutes from the Seneca Lake Wine, Beer and Cheese trails. It is a unique property as the local 9-hole golf course is located in our backyard. There is a serene creek and waterfall located on the property that is worth your exploration. Built in the 1890s, this was a hardware store until my grandfather closed it in the mid 1970s, converting it into three apartments.
