I cannot say enough about how pleasant and enjoyable our stay was at Donna's home. I'm super impressed with the quality of her home and high-end features. Fantastic professional kitchen and amenities that was built for entertaining. Plenty of All-Clad cookware and dishes. Well stocked pantry with many items. Super clean. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out with large family spaces to be together. Outstanding view with plenty of outdoor space and privacy. An abundance of games and toys for the kids--big kids included! Beautiful dining room and very large table to seat many family and guests. Overall, just a wonderful experience cooking and enjoying family time. Thank you Donna for being so thoughtful of providing all the necessities for your guests. We felt very much at home!

Our first stay in the area, and we’re already planning our next trip back. Host was extremely helpful, place was clean and as pictured, views were beautiful, we felt safe, and had a great time. Perfectly placed, and not too far from downtown. Can’t wait to go back!

The house was exactly as advertised! It was very clean and we loved the completely fenced in yard for our dog. Oh, and the sheets were exquisite!! Although there aren't any "frills" if you're someone who doesn't have to have something 'fancy,' this is perfect! The kitchen seemed to be lacking a few things, but I have let Christina know in a separate communication.

Robert’s house was amazing! His hospitality was above and beyond what we could have even expected! The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The house is inviting and welcoming and while it is remarkably clean it feels home like and not sterile. We ohh’ed and awww’ed over the farmhouse all weekend and we talked about making a trip back for a fun weekend in the future!!

The only thing I could possibly complain about is the rough driveway. There were several big holes that if we weren't in a truck, would have been difficult to navigate. Over all the stay was great, Tammy was responsive, the house is stocked and provided a great time for us during our rainy visit.

This was our second visit saying at Stacie's home in Dunlap, TN, and have to say that we were even more pleased the second time around! The home is very beautiful and perfect for all of our out of town family to meet at and call home for a few days while in town to celebrate a very special birthday. There was ample space for all of us to hang out and watch TV together, as well as cook and eat together. He even spent time on the back covered patio trying to dominate each other in Checkers lol 😂. Many new memories were made, quality time was plentiful, and we look forward to next year!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Signal Mountain. The home was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully styled — it felt both comfortable and luxurious. The fireplace was a lovely touch, and the view was absolutely stunning, making the whole experience even more special. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

Nice quiet area but only minutes from restaurants and shopping. We had a nice relaxing stay and recommend the Kitty George house if you love peace and quiet.

Gorgeous space with lovely little details throughout. The location is a perfect homebase for exploring Southside and Downtown. After a day out and about, we found ourselves just as excited to get back and enjoy the apartment with it’s rooftop mountain views, twinkly spa shower, and the most comfortable beds. We also enjoyed learning the history of the building. The size was perfect for three adults but has plenty of room for a family or couples traveling together. We’d love to return to this cozy, clean, and stylish spot!

This place is a fishermans dream! Very peaceful and in a quiet neighborhood. Laurie is extremely pleasant and made us feel very welcomed on our trip. She's a very friendly host and responsive to all our questions. The apartment also includes alot of extra perks so well worth the price, we can't wait to return for another fishing trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in downtown Chattanooga! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. The space was just the right size for two people, very cozy, and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and charming spot in Chattanooga!

We stayed here for the 2025 Easter weekend. The description of the place in AIRbnb is accurate. There was parking for two cars. The area was safe and you are two blocks from the free trolley to get downtown. I would easily stay here again if needed.

Beautiful property! It very cozy and decorated so lovely. Loved the big window that has view to garden. Very clean and organized and charming. Loved the front porch patio! Adrienne was so helpful and friendly. Lots of recommendations to restaurants and activities! I highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at David and Joanna's place! The apartment is truly spacious and the natural lighting is amazing which is a huge plus for us. The apartment was very clean when we arrived with no issues during the stay and the internet is super speedy which is great because we both work from home and had no issues. David and Joanna are also very thoughtful hosts and even shoveled the sidewalks when it snowed during our visit. The one small con is that the sound travels very easily between the apartment and the main house above. This wasn't an issue for us since we had similar waking/sleeping hours but if you're sensitive to sound, it's something to consider. Overall a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend!

This condo is very clean and the photos in the listing match exactly. It is very easy to find and located close to restaurants, bars, and all the attractions Chattanooga has to offer. In fact the Parkway Pourhouse restaurant is located directly across the street from this condo and has great food. The host Shaun was very helpful and accommodating. He checked to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed to have a great time. Check in directions were clear and concise and were easy to follow. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Chattanooga that is comfortable, clean, and close to everything then look no further. You won’t regret it. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

It was very clean and not too far from everything we wanted to do. While we were only there with another couple for the weekend, they also have it well equipped for traveling with children. Recommend!

Loved the place, we had everything we wanted and was very clean when we checked in. Please understand the location is convenient but it’s in an industrial zone. Did not notice any noise during our stay. I highly recommend Talithas place for a party of four.

My husband and I visited Chattanooga with our two dogs for a wedding. We only stayed a weekend, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The listing was in a great location (walking distance to several restaurants), so clean, great size, and very comfortable/cozy for us. Would 100% recommend this listing for anyone visiting Chattanooga.

Jen was wlecoming and let us know she was available for any questions, or concerns. Instructions were left for remotes, which was helpful. The condo was pristine and very cozy with plenty of extra blankets and linens.. The chocolate kisses were comforting to my anxiety filled trip. It was raining and Waze decided to take us on a narrow and steep road up the side of the mountain! Good news, there is another way that is safer! The place was well worth the drive and the views to the mountains were beautiful! We will be back!
