—We Welcome You— Visit and experience the ultimate respite while enjoying amazing water and mountain views, sunrises, and sunsets. This ground level condo is perfectly situated in Bernard's Landing Resort on beautiful Smith Mountain Lake! This bright, stylish & thoughtfully appointed space welcomes you to a full kitchen, spacious bdrm w/king bed, walk-in shower, and a queen sleep sofa. Amenities include restaurant & bar, tennis, pickle ball, gym, sauna, hot tub, three pools and a sandy beach.

Relax in the efficiency space offering kitchen, queen bed and walk-in shower. The couch pulls out to a queen bed. A few steps from your door is a saltwater pool with views of the lake. Bath/Kitchen towels provided, but NOT SHEETS. Smart TV for streaming and Xfinity high speed internet. NO Boat/Trailer parking at the condo. Parkway Marina charges $10 for the first day and $6 for additional days to put in, take out and park boat/trailer. We are located 2 minutes (.7 miles) from Parkway Marina.

Our private deep water cove is a peaceful retreat to swim, relax, unwind and just get away from it all.

Guests enjoy all the amenities of Bernard's Landing including 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, Basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts,beach area, restaurant, fitness center and marina area with boat rentals. All pools and beach are short walk from the front door. Enjoy stunning views from the walk-out deck in this well-stocked condo.

This is a Private lower level of a ranch home. Large 1700 sq. ft on SML Main channel. Great Couple getaway or up to 4 persons (2 adults & 2 children) on an additional double futon sleeper bed in the Game Room . A boat slip is available. Great sunset views between huge old Oak Trees. A large covered outside patio/ bar area with two grills. Huge deck over the water on the lake. Steep steps getting to the dock, but you can walk down the driveway halfway if you're physically challenged.
