The place is famous for its open book market, where you could have the adventure of a street bargain for a dusty copy of a famous novel. Despite it's central location the flat is very quiet, allowing you to properly rest after a long flight or a tiring exploration of the most dynamic and diverse capital in Eastern Europe. All main sightseeing are easy to reach by foot. The pedestrian street Vitosha is 5 minutes away. IMPORTANT! Due to the recent situation with Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we take all precautions and we put hygiene on the first place especially now. After each check out the apartment is cleaned with high-class detergents and everything is sanitized. If there is a stronger odour than usual it is because of the stronger detergent we use to clean it.

From the gate you enter into a courtyard with a well maintained green garden, you pass by the old chestnut tree and reach the inner house. Two and a half flights of a wooden staircase take you to the apartment (no elevator). You will find everything needed (appliances, pots and dishes) to prepare your own meal, coffee or tea. The apartment has fast wi-fi Internet and cable TV. Parking in a garage may be available for 6EUR/day, please inquire in advance. Easy access to the airport by metro.

Welcome to my contemporary, cozy, quiet, light, and warm central apartment, 56 sq. m, balancing comfort and aesthetics. It was my parents place. Located on the 4-th floor in an authentic 1930-40s building in a typically socialist style (no lift), like many other buildings in the center. Many of our neighbors were doctors, most lived to 80-90 years. Now the building, although strong, does not look as a new and shiny hotel. But it is worth to feel the Bulgarian atmosphere, in the Airbnb spirit.
