If you love to cook, the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen. Or, enjoy a lovely evening out at one of the many acclaimed restaurants in the area. Take a hike during the day, rent a kayak for an adventure on the bay, or visit some of the quaint coastal towns. Return to your own private cottage to enjoy romantic nights by the cozy wood stove. Rich furnishings, heated floors, a big leather couch and tasteful decorative touches will cradle you in the lap of unexpected luxury in this delightful cabin. Guest have access to the whole cottage and patio area. The cottage is located in between Inverness and Inverness Park, the latter being home to Inverness Park Market - a market like no other, and not to be missed. Just a few miles down the road is the town of Inverness with cafes, restaurants, and pubs. A car is the best way to see the area. Parking is never an issue. 1) The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, So it is really not the best place for loud late night parties. I absolutely encourage utilizing the outdoor area in the evenings, but please be mindful of noise. 2) If you are using the patio area at night, please do not play music out there after 10pm. 3) Please do not congregate in the driveway- It is shared space with the next door neighbors. 4) There is absolutely no cigarette smoking permitted inside the house. 5) If you break something, please just let me know about it- It gives me the opportunity to replace it before the next guest arrives. 6) There is room for only 1 car in the parking area. 7) Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

Our cozy, rustic cabin is nestled in the heart of Guerneville amongst redwoods and is a 15-min. walk to the Russian River, where you can swim, float, and boat to your hearts content. In the winter, cozy up to the wood burning stove (the main heat source), take a long walk in the neighborhood or drive 5-min. to downtown Guerneville, which has a number of shops, restaurants and bars. Our cabin is also centrally located to breathtaking hiking trails. Slow down with us!

The charming and quaint studio cottage is nestled in the heart of downtown Petaluma and features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a bathroom. Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.

Surrounded by 4 acres and neighboring the Wildlands Conservancy, the property is calm, quiet, and a great place to take in the beauty of the Sonoma Coast.
