Jeamcarlos was very helpful, the listing place is beautiful , my friends and I had such a relaxing time before my actual birthday. I would definitely book again I loved this place, I loved how big and spacious it was, the kitchen was beautiful. The hot tub was so relaxing after a long drive , it was definitely just what we needed, quiet neighborhood also, which was Great! And Jeamcarlos was always one text away to help us with anything we might have needed :)

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marcela's Airbnb! I was in town for the Spartan Race and needed a comfortable place to relax after the event, and Marcela's place was the perfect spot. The house is spacious and inviting, offering plenty of room to unwind. After pushing myself during the race, the hot tub was an absolute dream—perfectly maintained, spacious, and the ideal place to soak in and let the stress melt away. Marcela herself was incredibly polite, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. She really went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable. If you're looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat, especially after a big event, I highly recommend Marcela's place!

This is such a nice place to stay at with a lot of great places to eat from nearby. It’s private and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but also close enough to everything you’d need, like grocery stores, Walmart, Dunkin’s, and more. Susan was always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I had. Would definitely come back here again and recommend this to anyone staying around this area!

I cannot say enough positive things about Jake's beautiful Mendham farmhouse. My family and I spent the weekend there for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary and we could not have asked for anything more. Jake is so friendly and communicative. He is easygoing and responsive and made us feel very welcome. The house is stunning - charming and rustic with beautiful modern upgrades and plenty of room to spread out. We did not want to leave and hope to book with Jake again in the near future.

What can you say that hasn't been already said by previous reviewers. John's house in Freeport is a gem. Perfect getway for weekend for our family. We were greeted by a nice bottle of wine and a generous basket of snacks (always a nice touch). The house was spacious and super clean. The beds were extremely comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. So many fun things we really didn't get to take advantage of (Tiki Room, fire pit etc..). But the crowning jewel is the location on the water. If you just want a place to sit and relax as the sun rises or sets (yes you get to see both from the back deck) this is your place. John was a gracious and responsive host. We hope to be back next year.

This was such a nice space and Lisa was a nice and accommodating host. This place is full character and wonder. Very artistic color energy in this place. We started my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration here with what is her last sleepover with friends. The hot tub, steam room and sauna were the first things and last things used. They enjoyed it so much! Thanks for your hospitality Lisa. If we ever need something like this again. We will be sure to look you up! Blessings

Getting our family together is no easy feat. But this house surpassed our expectations and made the weekend so worth it all! The house is fully equipped for families with kids and even has a bedroom downstairs, great for in laws/grandparents or other guests with a separate entrance. The home is beautifully decorated and spacious, perfect for an extended family getaway. The sunroom, in particular is such a beautiful touch,- it’s the perfect place to sit and read and bask in the sunshine or snow. The appliances and finishes are all superb quality and you can tell the ownership has put in so much heart to make this vacation house an elevated experience. The host was a pleasure to communicate with and they accommodated all our needs. We look forward to our next stay with ESKP!

So glad we stayed at John's beachfront home. We wanted a way to escape the noise and chaos of a large city and this was the perfect fit. Granted the commute is longer, but we couldn't get enough of the amazing ferry ride from Rockaway to Manhattan/Wall Street. Such a great way to explore NYC.

Patty was amazing! This is the second time staying in her home, and again, it did not disappoint. It was nice that we knew the expectations and Patty shared information about the home before we got there. She has been and was again very responsive to any needs or questions. Her backyard is fabulous and perfect for reading in the gazebo, having coffee on the deck, or taking a cat nap in the hammock. We were not able to take advantage of the fire pit, but that too was a great space! The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with essentials and the downstairs bedroom was perfect for my mother in law that uses a cane.

Great space. Wonderful communication with host regarding any questions we had. Host was quick to respond. Very happy with the stay, would rent again.

The walk from the street to the entrance door could be challenging for someone with physical limitations, and the room air conditioners were a little loud, but everything else was wonderful. The outside of the house does not represent the beautifully remodeled interior. Kitchen had all modern necessary appliances, cookware, utensils and dinnerware. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers etc. Modern washer/dryer in the basement. Great sunrises and lake view from the front deck. Children enjoyed fishing from the dock and sharing the 2 provided double kayaks. 10-15 minute drive to public beach, boat rentals, dining and groceries. 30 minute drive to Legoland.

We had a great time at this lovely, antique home, complete with gardens and great big back yard! Bob, our Corgi, definitely approved! Easy access to Stamford and Bedford! Thanks for your thoughtful arrangements!

We had a wonderful winter weekend stay here with our toddler. The hosts left out toys that were perfect for our kiddo and kept her entertained all weekend. The space is comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. We would definitely come back again, winter or summer!

This is our 2nd review Victoria’s properties and we just want to reiterate how special of a landlord Victoria is. The best. I cannot recommend her properties enough if you are in need of a Greenwich rental like we were.

David was a phenomenal host! His hospitality was great and his accommodations for my guests were exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend David to anyone looking for the beach front oasis.

We had a great family stay at this bnb.. our big family travelled from several different countries for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Feels like home, had all the amnesties that such a big family would need. Very very spacious. And the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quite, yet two streets away on a walkable distance you find great Resturant with all kind of cuisines including Italian (quite a few), sushi, shawarma, ice cream shops and Francine. Train station is a walkable distance. Costco and lidl was also in a short drivable distance.

We had a short stay but the property was just as advertised and was a great place to visit. Natalia our host made check in and check out a breeze with proactive instructions.

Excellent location. An easy inexpensive ride into Penn Station via LLRR. A suggestion: I recommend those luggage racks one finds in hotels for your suitcase in each bedroom. That, or foot of bed benches. There is no closet for the small bedroom, so a place for your suitcase would be great. A chair in the small bedroom would also help.

The host is very accommodating and the house was very nice. The room was perfect to lay your head for a night. Would highly recommend staying.

We LOVED staying in Jennifer's home. The neighborhood was lovely and great for kids. The home was the most "homey" place I've ever stayed. The kids loved every minute of staying there, and honestly were sad to leave. The beds were comfortable, the linens were plenty, the kitchen was well stocked, the temperature control of the home during the crazy temperature fluctuations between winter and spring which was SO helpful. Bathrooms on every floor was so nice, and the sunroom was the most used room in the house. We even got to see a lot of wildlife, which was really fun! The only random caveat I'd give, and this is not a complaint, and just really a helpful tip if you bring young children. Bring or purchase a fence type gate instead of a typical baby gate. The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.
