Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Keeping it simple and clean at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Cozy and placed in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. one bedroom Suite with its own bathroom and private side entrance provides a relaxing atmosphere for work or vacation. No shared spaces. No keys needed . it's a keyless secure entrance. There is no kitchen, however, the Suite includes fridge, microwave, keurig coffee machine with included coffee pods, cups and air fryer.

This is a two room above the garage apartment with a dedicated side entrance for guests separate from the main house by screens down and a barn door up. Once upstairs you have your own private space. Your mini fridge will always be stocked with an assortment of beverages and snacks as well as breakfast items. Enjoy, our kayaks, fire pit or sunset viewing on the pier. Lots of hiking and water sports abound in the area. A short drive south is Solomon’s island. This is a safe space for all🥰

This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. We have self check in and the host is extremely flexible.. We welcome all tenants! The Birds Nest is a perfect getaway destination for relaxing and fun.

We have a jacuzzi and seasonal outdoor shower! We have a whole house water filter so the water in shower and taps are good quality

Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

Just 15 minutes to the heart of DC, this fun, safe area is a walker's paradise with plenty of local restaurants, shops, parks and bikepaths making it easy to plan your visit. "The Hideaway" offers Free Parking onsite and is renovated with new appliances and eclectic 1940s adventure decór. Please note, this is a private basement studio apartment in a single family home. We live upstairs with our pre-K son who you might hear in the mornings and evenings.

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.

A private entrance basement apartment in our home in Montclair, VA, with a locking door for privacy. Minutes from I-95. Shared access to home gymnasium and washer/dryer combo. Entry and exit is through the garage, so you'll have no daily interaction with the hosts unless so desired. The space includes a kitchenette, modern private bathroom, new furniture, and new hardwood flooring. Wifi and Verizon cable are included.

Walk to a secluded beach or enjoy the grass and trees outside your suite. Private ground level unit with outside entrance in newer home. Homeowner lives in separate unit upstairs. One king bedroom, one queen bedroom plus a sofa that converts to a queen bed in the living room. Dorm fridge, microwave and Keurig. Quiet area close to all the fun Colonial Beach has to offer.

Huge Studio/Temp Control Mattress/Free Parking

We have an Eight Sleep Cover on the bed. This allows for temperature control cold/hot for each individual side (or the whole bed). It is an amazingly good nights rest. Coffee Bar with Keurig Machine and French Press with assortment of teas & coffees (whole and ground). Recently updated with a fresh coat of paint & stylish tile shower.
