The Shaggy Dog Bed & Breakfast is the perfect casual, relaxing get away full of eclectic southwestern ambiance. No children under 12 yr The Shaggy Dog B&B offers nightly, weekly and monthly rates. Although the Dog Pound can accommodate 6 guests, our rates are based on 2 people. There is an additional charge of $20 per guest, per night for each guest over two.

We call our place Casita Pacifica (Peaceful Little House) as this suite is a mellow and relaxing retreat, yet in a San Diego suburb only 10-20 minutes from everything. Sadly, we no longer host peacocks, but our space is decorated in memory of their majestic energy. Our standards are high when we travel, so we created a suite that we'd love to stay in ourselves: stocked with goodies, things to do, recommendations, privacy, comfort & above all - cleanliness. Located in the heart of Big Bear Lake, walking distance to the Village and just a few block from Snow Summit.
