Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Lovely little studio apartment for two :)

Apartments Silver (Gajac). We rent a holiday apartments a bit uphill from apartment complex Gajac in a peaceful surrounding and nature near Zrće beach (20 min walk to the festival area and famous clubs - Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso & Noa / only few minutes with a car). Beautiful Gajac beach is reached by a shortcut (800m), 10min walk and it will lead you to the nicest part of the beach with a great beach restaurant! Closest city is Novalja (2 km). Our house is adapted village house located in a quiet and attractive place Dražica (10 km away from Novalja in the direction of Lun). In this area you can find peaceful vacation. , 100 m away from the sandy coves, surrounded by olive trees and greenery Our house has 2 apartments ( both of them are for 4 person). This is a small, one bedroom apartment that is suitable for two people or a couple ( with maybe one or two small kids). Our little beach is 30 meters away from the apartment, where you have deck chairs and storage for your beach essentials.
