Stock liegt das 25 m² große Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, leider gibt es KEINE KÜCHE, eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher mit Kaffee- und Teeangebot gibt es. Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe.

Unser ungewöhnliches Apartment im schönen Berliner Bezirk Steglitz liegt in einer ruhigen, baumbestandenen Nebenstraße (Sackgasse). Das Haus wurde komplett modernisiert und saniert, wobei der Studiocharakter des ehemaligen Architekturbüros erhalten blieb. Our unique apartment is located in the beautiful district Steglitz in a quiet, tree-lined side street (dead end). The houses has been completely modernized and refurbished, preserving the studio character of the former architectural office.

Situated on the fifth floor, this light-flooded one-room apartment offers everything you might need for your stay like a freshly renovated kitchen and bathroom and an excellent public transport connection. Please be aware, that there is no elevator in the building. The apartment has one double bed and two single beds. On request, there's a foldable baby bed available. Rauchen in der Unterkunft ist nicht gestattet, aber es gibt einen Balkon, auf dem Rauchen ermöglicht wird. Es gibt immer genug kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße. Auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet.

Designed by the Berlin architects Grüntuch-Ernst, the apartment building was newly opened in 2023 and offers 8 flats of different sizes ranging from 32 to 246 square metres.
