A recent stylish conversion of an old barn. Characterful with original exposed beams and timbers, but with all modern comforts. It is beautifully furnished throughout with super king bed with door leading to the garden, large bathroom with roll top bath & walk in shower, & open plan fully kitted kitchen/sitting room. Outside is a private, mediterranean style gravel garden with stone patio and parking. It is metres away from the river Eye, in one of the most picturesque spots in the Cotswolds.

Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - just waiting to be walked or cycled. It comfortably sleeps two (but has a travel cot for little ones) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.
