Beautiful views in a quiet location. The children didn’t use the downstairs bedroom as it can only be accessed by outside steps and didn’t have a lock. This didn’t matter as the second bedroom has two single beds and is a good size. When we had a problem with the shower draining very slowly, the matter was sorted very quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

Christina’s house was just perfect for our extended stay in South Nicosua. It’s on one level, very spacious, traditional style with a modern twist, great location (as well as our 6 year old daughter we had our : 3 month old son in a pram and needed to get around on foot easily as well as in the car), gated property which felt very secure and private with sun terraces to sit and relax on. Coffee shop, sushi bar and great car hire place literally at the bottom of the road. There was everything in the house we needed for a stay and Christina and Loukia we quick to help with any recommendations etc. Really it ticked all the boxes for our particular stay and was so much better than being in an apartment! Absolutely charming, comfortable house filled with beautiful collections, every where you look something interesting to look at. Paolo is a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The bed and couches all super comfy. Stayed here a month and hope to be back!

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and given a guided tour of the property. There was ample parking close to the entrance, which helped with unloading. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was seating outside where we could eat. It was quiet and we slept well in a comfortable bed. The wildflowers in the garden attracted lots of butterflies and a variety of birds visited the surrounding trees that were in blossom.

This is a fabulous house, roomy, airy and perfect for a stay in Nicosia. We needed to be close to local government buildings and it’s a 15 minute walk to the old town. Loads of shops, restaurants nearby, we hired a car but you don’t need one as it’s opposite the bus terminal. The garden is lovely, the smell of the orange blossom on the trees was simply amazing. We also enjoyed the lemons and oranges off the trees. Huseyin was a great host, attended to our every need very quickly. My father is elderly and I asked for some non slip mats which promptly arrived the next day. The house has many things left over from previous guests like cling film, foil, teas, coffees etc.

I like Tasoula's place and I prefer to stay here when I am in Lefkosia. The place is very close to the Cyprus Institute, and it is a very peaceful and quite place. This time I was together with my kids, it was super place staying in this place, so they can also enjoy the outside. The house has everything that you need. Cengiz Bey’e ailecek teşekkürlerimi sunarak başlamak istiyorum. Son derece ilgili, bir sorunda/ soruda hemen cevap veren, çözüm bulmaya çalışan bir ev sahibi. Eve ilk girdiğimizde temizlik personelinden kaynaklı temizlikle ilgili bir sorun yaşadık. Cengiz Bey son derece ilgili bir şekilde tekrar temizletmek için uğraştı gelen temizlik personelleri daha sonra temizleyeceklerini söylediler ve gelmediler. Cengiz bey hemen temizlik ücretimizi iade etti. Bizim için önemli olan da ilgisiydi zaten eksiklikler her zaman olur ama önemli olan eksikliklerin giderilmesi için çabalamasıydı. Ev son derece güzel eski bir taş ev resmen bizi geçmişe götürdü evin dekoru, bahçesi, odaları, balkonları… merkeze, denize uzak değil. İşlerimizi rahatlıkla hallederken huzurlu bir tatil imkanı sağladı bize. Kesinlikle Cengiz Bey’ in evinizi tutmanızı tavsiye ederim çünkü herhangi bir sorunda direkt olarak muhattap buluyorsunuz ve sanki sizin yanınızdaymış gibi çözüm bulmaya çalışıyor. Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Nordzypern war einfach fantastisch! Die Lage ist ein Traum – in der Nähe vom Meer, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Wasser. Der Pool war makellos gepflegt und bot die perfekte Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Das Haus selbst war außergewöhnlich sauber und gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Gastgeberin Laura war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Sie hat sich um alle möglichen Angelegenheiten wie Taxitransfer, Mietwagen und Ausflugsziele perfekt gekümmert. Sie war immer ultraschnell erreichbar. Absolut vorbildlich ! Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

A great experience at Nicola’s place, you have all you need for a great stay, and the location is just perfect, not to mention the reactivity of the host in solving problems quickly and giving valuable suggestions. The price is fair compared to the average in Cyprus.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment in beautiful Cyprus—it felt like home from the moment I arrived. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need, from hot water and working appliances to a fancy kitchen, cozy beds, and a spacious balcony. What made it even more special was Elias, our amazing host—attentive, kind, and always available, even recommending a fantastic local cleaning service that was well worth it. A modem, cozy, and seamless experience I’d happily repeat—highly recommended!

This place was one of the best places i have ever stayed. A blend of traditional style with modern facilities with exceptional cleanliness overall. A house made from stone that gives you this grounding feeling necessary for a deep rest and recharge. Plus, John really conveys the Cypriot hospitality spirit, and i am truly grateful for his professionalism.

amazing host, amazing place, amazing flat! i just have won lottery with this host and apartment 🥰 the only thing, mention, that every evening from 20:00 until 02:00 there is a loud music outside, but you can always go out and join the party... just in a few minutes to the border to "north nicosia" occupied by Turkey. All main spots are just in a few min away. Very close to bus station! Host leave for us snacks, water, soda and it was just very sweet from his side! Also you will find everything, what you need during your stay in apartments. Just next to the apartment, there is supermarket. thx a lot Lellos! i will come there for sure again

A minimal but well equiped apartment. Michail was responsive and helpful. Quite neighborhood with a 24/7 bakery closeby as well as a supermarket, mini market and post.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Menelaos' lovely apartment. It was clean, modern and a great size for a couple. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. It is located in a handy location for exploring Nicosia and there were good cafes and restaurants nearby, and a well-stocked supermarket around the corner. We were especially grateful to Menelaos for his flexibility to store our luggage until late afternoon. He was friendly and a prompt communicator. I can highly recommend this apartment and will stay there again if I return to Nicosia.

In Andy's place you will find the calm and peace that is not often found in Nicosia. The house is located in a quiet street away from the crowds and traffic, you will not hear any noise day / night. Furthermore, its position makes it cool even during the hottest days. A 15 minute walk and you will be in the historic center. Andy has always been welcoming and available to our every request.

Bir turist olarak yeni bir ülkeye geldiğinizde her şeyin yolunda gitmesini istersiniz ve biz bu muhteşem evi seçerek çok doğru bir tercih yaptık. Suna Hanım harika bir ev sahibi. Rezervasyon onaylandıktan ayrılışımıza kadar ilgisi ve samimiyeti hiç kesilmedi. İlk gün uçuşumuzun erken olup, olmadığını ve eğer istersek erken giriş yapabileceğimizi söyledi. Ayrılırken ise gönül rahatlığıyla valizlerimizi binada bıraktık. Ev, oldukça sessiz ve hoş bir yerde yer alıyor. Ev, fotoğrafta gördüğünüzden çok daha büyük. Her bir odası fazlasıyla ışık alıyor. Temizlik konusunda hiçbir sorunla karşılaşmadık. Mutfakta yemek pişirmek için yeterli derecede ekipman var ve sizi bazı ikramlar karşılıyor. Çalışma masasının üzerinde gezilecek yerler hakkında bilgiler yer alıyor. Kısacası eşim ve ben bu evi seçtiğimiz için çok memnunuz ve her eve geldiğimizde kapıdan içeri mutlu bir şekilde girdik. Bu ev parasının karşılığını veren bir yer. Bu ev kesinlikle muhteşem.

Constantia made our stay in nicosia very memorable and pleasant. Her place was very clean and welcoming with a beautiful balcony view of the city over the old town and across the border into northern cyprus. Her apartment is only minutes away from Ledras street, making her apartment’s location very convenient for sightseeing.

Awesome place to stay! I stayed a month and still was awed by the view every morning! Very roomy, yet cozy with wood stove. Netflix , YouTube & WiFi never failed! Very secure building ( locked at night) & a double bolt door to the flat. Quiet building & clean & quiet neighborhood, always felt safe. Flat was immaculately clean, has rainfall shower, and bed was extremely comfortable. Nice little balcony too. And the huge dressing room/closet is every woman’s dream! Vas was very responsive to requests, friendly, & checked in via text often to see if I needed anything which I really appreciated. On top of all the above was the live-in host- Mr. Hero 🐈‍⬛- the sweetest, cuddliest cat ever! He has a great personality! He definitely adds the sense of home. Nothing better than having him meet u at the door with purrs after a day of sightseeing and then cuddling up for a good nights sleep. I hope to return to Cyprus & definitely would like to stay at Mr Hero’s , oops I mean Vas’ , flat again

Our stay was lovely! The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—just a short walk from all the main attractions in Lefkoşa. The host was very communicative and made the whole process super easy.
