The ideal place for a stay out of the ordinary, silent and private, the apartment overlooks the ancient city and enjoys a view that reaches as far as the islands of southern Sardinia. The cathedral, visible from the balcony, is just a few steps away.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

We are in Via Nicolò Canelles, one of the most characteristic and ancient streets in Cagliari's medieval quarter, Castello. Here was born 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝗴𝗼, a bright loft, American style, with refined pastel colours and a delightful retro touch. The living area is a bright and comfortable open space with an exclusive view of the Cathedral and Palazzo Regio. The neighbourhood of Castello will make you fall in love.

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
