Located in Glenwood, Maryland, Ellerslie is a 50 acre farm which dates back to 1763 with scenic views, fields of corn and a tranquil stocked pond. Nestled here is a small historic log cabin, built around 1810, that is charming and cozy. It has recently been restored and is equipped with all modern amenities, including a new stainless steel refrigerator and gas stove. The cabin is perfect for a business person who prefers staying in the country to a city setting or for a weekend getaway.

Nearby McDaniel College, Stevenson College, Patapsco State Park and Howard County Fair Grounds. You are less than an hour to Gettysburg, Antietam, Harpers Ferry, Baltimore, and Frederick, and about 1.5 hours from Washington, DC.

This is an in-law suite with private entrance attached to our home in a quiet neighborhood. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and bedroom with queen bed and sofa bed. Folding baby crib (pack n play) with sheets and blankets available. There is a foldable single bed also available. We are an hour away from D.C. and Dulles Airport and 30 minutes away from Baltimore and BWI Airport. Street parking is available.

Fox Cottage is a modern addition to our 115 year old Victorian home. It’s a One Bedroom Queen size mattress & memory foam topper. There’s a Loft with a Full Size Memory Foam Mattress. The loft is a cozy space accessible by a vintage wooden ladder. It is not appropriate for people who cannot climb a ladder. There’s an outdoor seating area with a Chiminea to light a fire, enjoy a cup of coffee or wine, work or just listen to the birds.

The Duchess of Font Hill {a tiny house}
This charming 525 square foot tiny house is nestled back in Font Hill, an amazing and sought after Howard County neighborhood. It sits at the end of a driveway at a single family dwelling. 3 miles from Historic Ellicott City, Turf Valley Resort + Spa, Merriweather Concert Pavillon. BWI airport is about 25 minutes away, and Baltimore City is 30 minutes from our home. 1 queen bed, 1 dual shower, a full kitchen, space is private.

Colonial Era Spring House
A unique and private mountain top colonial era spring house, with two springs flowing thru the basement. Originally the site of a tannery in the 1700s. Here you can relax, recharge, and rejuvenate. We celebrate all four seasons where you can enjoy Mother Nature's ever changing scenery at 1300' above sea level with fresh mountain air. Our area offers many things to do, or you may choose to stay in and do nothing at all.
