We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Geweldige tijd gehad hier met een grote groep. Alles is top! Tuin is heel mooi en heeft veel plekken om je terug te trekken en te relaxen en zelfs biljart te spelen. Mooi zwembad en fijne barbecue gedeelte. Rustige buurt en Šibenik is binnen 10 minuten te bereiken. Het hele huis is voorzien van airco, behalve het kleine blauwe kamertje, maar met de deur open was het ok te doen. Al met al, een aanrader!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Ivan. Nous avons été accueilli avec de jolies attentions (chocolat). Logement idéalement situé a 10 min de Zadar.

Wir haben unseren Junggesellenabschied mit 10 Mann in Zadar verbracht und es war fantastisch! Das gemietete Haus mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool war einfach perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Im Umkreis gab es auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die sich gut für Ausflüge angeboten haben. Besonders abends hat uns die lebendige Altstadt begeistert – tolle Atmosphäre und richtig gute Clubs. Insgesamt war es eine super Erfahrung und ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Wszystko super, gospodarze bardzo przyjaźni. Zostaliśmy poczęstowani świeżymi warzywami i miodem. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło sprawnie. Dostaliśmy nawet możliwość szybszego zameldowania. Dom zgodny z opisem i taki jak na zdjęciach, bardzo przestronny, okolica spokojna.

Absolute Empfehlung! Der Garten und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind ein Traum, läd ein zum Baden und Spazieren gehen (oder wer mag Joggen) am Wasser. Alles war sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche und Sofakissen haben besonders frisch gerochen. Dubravka ist herzlich und unkompliziert. Mit der Personenfähre kann man Zadar und andere Inseln besichtigen. Mit der Autofähre kann man Nationalparks auf dem Festland besuchen, aber auch die Insel gibt einem genug Optionen zum Entspannen, Essen gehen und Wandern. Man braucht nur auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Užili jsme si zde krásných 13 dní. Skvěle vybavená kuchyň. Krasně čistý apartmán. S Mariem byla super komunikace. Pokud někdy navštívíme opět Pakoštane, rádi se sem vratíme. Na pláž Janica to je 550 m což s dvěma malýma dětma zabralo 8-10 minut. Krásne uličky i centrum města. I na začátku září zde bylo co dělat. Děkujeme moc za zpříjemnění dovolené! Doporučujeme všem!

Belle maison accueillante disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. Belle piscine Filip et sa maman sont des hôtes agréables., réactifs et disponibles.

Nous sommes venus visiter Split et ses alentours quelques jours, et cet appartement nous a conquis. Vue magnifique, appartement spacieux, grande terrasse. Proche de Trogir. Nous recommandons.

Yvan a été particulièrement accueillant et attentif à ce que notre séjour se passe au mieux avec de bons conseils. Le logement est très pratique et confortable pour une famille et la terrasse est particulièrement agréable! Au centre d'une petite ville très jolie, parfait pour visiter le parc de la Khrka et Sibenik.

We had a good stay at this apartment! Just a short walk to the beach and the charming old city. The host family was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Vinko und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft sah genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern und war sehr sauber und großzügig. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, bietet einem aber alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir hatten die ersten Tage noch kein Auto, konnten aber alles, z.B. einen kleinen Supermarkt, Restaurants und den Hafen in ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichen. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön und gut zum Baden geeignet, wenn man Steinstrand mag. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. ☺️

We had a great stay in Pakostane. Apartmet was suitably located, good spot for trips and walks. Host very responsive and helful, overall experience 5/5! I truly recommend :)

Ines was incredibly gracious. I came on a solo trip and she helped accommodate me in every way she could from storing my luggage for me past check out to lending me her paddle board for free so I could enjoy my “me time” :)) she was truly a kindhearted lady and amazing host!

Stipe ist sehe nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist super, hell und sauber mit direktem Blick auf das Meer, gerade ein paar Schritte weg. Wir waren eine Woche dort und durch die ruhige Lage der Wohnung auch gut erholt. Ich empfehle die Wohnung weiter.
