Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. Opusite se na našem balkonu uz moderan jacuzzi uz čašu pjenušca i pogledom prema zvijezdama. Aqua park Dalmaland se nalazi 3 minute autom od našeg apartmana, a Zadar 25 minuta automobilom. Apartman će vas doćekati opremljen uređajima kao što su perilica/ sušilica rublja, aparat za kavu dolce gusto, fenovi, glačalo, wi fi, klima uređaji, smart tv,...

Apartment is on the second floor of Villa Bella Vista apartment house which is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is close (200-500 metres) to all the shops, beaches, restaurants and just a little away from the daily rush and crowds. The Villa has big heated pool (8x4 metres) which is shared with other 3 apartments in the house as well as the garden and children playground. It has private parking.- all in price. The neighborhood is residental safe area and ideal for your holiday!

U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu kuće pored mora, u ribarskom mjestu Tkonu, na otoku Pašmanu. S kopnom je povezan trajektnim linijama koje vam omogućuju posjet obližnjim nacionalnim parkovima. Tkon ima tržnicu, trgovine, market Tommy, kafiće, restorane, igrališta za djecu, liječnika i ljekarnu. Na plaži nema gužve, a za još ugodniji boravak na plaži, na raspolaganju su vam i ležaljke, prostirke za ležaljke i ručnici za plažu. Ispred kuće, u moru možete privezati i manji brod.
