T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

Koi Pond Garden Cottage

Separate private guest cottage with a studio layout. Around the corner from game day shuttle and VT bus stop. Near grocery store, yoga studio, donut shop, Tea & Jam, recreation/ aquatic center running track and park. Self check in with August smart lock by phone or keypad. Shared access to beautiful garden, koi pond and patio. Amenities include fire TV (Amazon prime, Hulu and Netflix), smart home features, gig speed mesh network controlled by Plume with Wi-Fi and Ethernet connection.

Our spacious country house, located directly on Sinking Creek, is the perfect getaway space for nature lovers or anybody who just wants to relax to the soothing water as it flows by. In the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, guests are only one mile from the Appalachian Trail, and some the most beautiful hiking in the state, including Cascades Falls, are only a short drive away. Additionally, the New River, with its kayaking, canoeing, boating and tubing, is only 20 minutes away.

Tiny Home, Sweet and Simple living

With the feel of a modern farmhouse but the tenth of the size you will feel right at home! Our tiny home sits on an acre of land overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest VA. Nestled right between downtown Blacksburg (10min) and the New River (10min), there is so much to do and explore. A few miles off Prices Fork, close to gas/groceries yet between VT and RU! Located just under 4 miles down Prices Fork Rd from the Virginia Tech campus - close enough to almost hear the roar of the crowd but far enough to see the stars.

Morning walks will be greeted with nature's beauty surrounded by working farms. 1 mile from Prices Fork Rd and only 3 miles from VT Campus. Centrally located for local events, Little Red Farm provides the perfect space to relax and unwind. Owner's residence on site gives you the peace of mind of that you will have everything you need during your stay.

Primrose Hill-Beautiful horse farm 1.7 mi. to VT!

Rose Hill is situated 1.7 miles from Virginia Tech's campus. Private and serene with amazing views, our home offers convenience to the local hotspots with the bonus of a peaceful country setting. The apartment is located downstairs and has a private entrance and drive. Enjoy some gorgeous pastel landscapes, equine and canine art featured by our friend and local artist, Patricia Beven. Outdoor seating, gardens and breathtaking views are are within feet of the entrance.

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Fairview Farmhouse, near campus, trails & brewery

This charming, historic 1870 home rests in a prime location with amazing views! The rural setting feels tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but only 2 miles from the Virginia Tech campus and 3 miles to downtown Blacksburg. Nearby walking, hiking and mountain biking trails at Heritage Park, Macdonald Hollow, Poverty Creek trail systems. Local organic farm and craft beer are steps away at neighboring Glade Road Growing Farm and Rising Silo Brewery.

Modern Cabin w/ Hot Tub - Romantic Retreat

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). For larger groups, check out the guest house next door (Airbnb: Guest House on Homestead near Floyd/Blacksburg). ~10 miles to Floyd, ~20 miles to Blacksburg, ~35 miles to Roanoke.

15 minutes to VT, easy access to 460 By-Pass and I-81. Private entrance with keyless entry for self check-in. Studio has lots of natural light, all new appliances, flooring and furniture. Five minutes to shopping and restaurants. Located in quiet neighborhood, near end of Cul-du-sac. LED TV, and Blu-Ray player. Yard can be set up for events (summer time). We are Always glad to meet new friends!
