The apartment is located in Munich-Waldtrudering in a quiet residential area. To the S-Bahn its only a 300 m walk. With the S-Bahn it only takes about 15 minutes to the Marienplatz. Near the apartment there is also the Riemer Park is the Wasserburger road with many restaurants nearby. The fair can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes through the Riemer Park. The attic apartment has a bedroom, living room and a bathroom. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed pull-out for 1 to 2 people. In addition, the living room on a shelf and a TV. In the bedroom, two more people stay in a double bed with two mattresses. The kitchen is equipped with two ceramic hobs, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Free WiFi is also available. Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.
