THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Secluded Eco Lodge nestled in a rewilding meadow

Secluded Sunhouse situated at the bottom of a large 2 acre garden. The house is surrounded by a conservation area and there are beautiful walks to the coast from the doorstep. Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. There is a bathroom with shower. Depending on the time of year you visit it will be in different stages of growth and bloom.

The Good Shepherd Hut near beach and country walks

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Very comfortably furnished with under-floor heating, large shower, kitchen/living room, free wifi & off-road parking. Lovely countryside walks and cycle routes on our doorstep and 2 awarding winning pubs/restaurants less than 3.5 miles away. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for children or babies and we do not accept pets.
