Located in the buzzy area of Kentish Town, so also very central and with amazing transport links to all areas of London via tube and overground. (Kentish Town tube is back OPEN now. Station is 7 min walk away). Walk to the amazing new development in Kings Cross in just 15-20 minutes, or enjoy a walk on Hampstead Heath or Primrose Hill. The neighbourhood is cool with some quirky places to shop, eat and drink and the flat is less than a 2 minute walk from Holloway Road station. The Arsenal stadium is also right down the road. The decor is modern and luxurious with a vintage touches. It's light and airy, and although central, it's quiet, even on game days. The neighbours are quiet and respectful too!

Another 2 minutes and you're at the tube, a short ride to Central London. There is a dedicated office, a lovely living room area and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a large, light double bedroom and a second room with a pull-out bed as well as a stunning bathroom with a freestanding bath.

Situated on the lower ground floor of a Victorian building on a quiet street bordering Kentish Town & Tufnell Park. Freshly decorated throughout by me (an interior designer), the flat is cosy and full of character. 5 minute walk to Tufnell Park station (Northern Line, Zone 2) and very easy to get to Central London. Walking distance to Camden Market, Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath and Arsenal/Emirates Stadium.

On the border of Camden and Islington burroughs the apartment is next to Tufnell Park tube station. 10 minutes from Kings Cross /st Pancreas international. 15 minutes away from Soho and just 10 minutes from London's most beautiful park: Hampstead Heath. I sublet when traveling for work and have been renovating the apartment throughout 2023 with brand new radiators, oven, washing machine, and flooring.
