"Hoeve de Bies" mooie accommodatie met ontbijt

In 2019 hebben wij een gedeelte van onze monumentale boerderij geheel zelf verbouwd tot een mooie boerderijwoning; Hoeve de Bies. Hoeve de Bies is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zo kunt u genieten van een heerlijk ontbijt met diverse eigengemaakte producten. Vanwege zijn ligging is Hoeve de Bies de ideale uitvalsbasis om de prachtige omgeving te ontdekken. Zo kunt u winkelen, cultuur opdoen in Valkenburg en Maastricht. Daarnaast zijn er mooie fiets- en wandelroutes om het Heuvelland te verkennen.

Appartement aan de bosrand van Meerssen

Het betreft een gezellig appartement voor twee personen gelegen te Meerssen. Het appartement bevind zich in een bosrijke omgeving waar heerlijk gewandeld en gefietst kan worden, er is ook een leuk en net buitenzwembad op slechts 5 minuten loopafstand dat tegen entree bezocht kan worden. Het is 8 minuten lopen tot station Meerssen en 10 minuten tot het mooie centrum waar zich verschillende restaurants en cafés bevinden. Verder zijn Maastricht, Valkenburg en Aachen dichtbij goed bereikbaar.

Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze vredige, stijlvolle ruimte naast ons huis. De gastsuite is luxe ingericht en voorzien om u een ontspannen verblijf te garanderen. De gastsuite is volledig privé. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur. De gastsuite bevindt zich in de rustige omgeving Zouwdalveste in Maastricht, op 50 meter van de Belgische grens. Binnen een kleine 10 minuten met de auto bent u in het centrum van Maastricht. Met de bus bent u binnen 18 minuten in het centrum van Maastricht.

Gezellig verblijf voor 2 gasten in een kasteelhoeve in een prachtige omgeving. De kasteelhoeve is onderdeel van een historische buitenplaats. Verblijf heeft een eigen entree, hal met toilet, woonkamer / keuken en op de bovenverdieping een slaapkamer met een luxe bed en badkamer met douche en toilet. De keuken is volledig ingericht met koelkast, afwasmachine, oven en magnetron. Heerlijke koffie via een Nespresso koffiezetter. Interessante korting bij boeking voor week of maand.

Luxe sfeervol ingerichte suites met vrij uitzicht over heuvelland. Slaapkamer met 2 persoons Swiss Sense boxsprings. Badkamer(bad en/of inloopdouche). Kitchenette met koffie/theefaciliteiten, airfryer/oven, kookplaten, koelkast en vaatwasser. Alle suites hebben een eigen terras of een balkon. In de zomer is er buiten bij de terrassen een barbeque. Buitenplaats Welsdael een unieke uitvalsbasis voor wandel fietstochten op plateau van Margraten bij Maastricht.

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.
