The place was clean and in a great location near the city center. The host was very responsive, and the staff on-site were accommodating and easy to talk to. Overall a smooth and pleasant stay.

My stay in Ramon’s Place was good. The only problem I’ve encountered is the wifi is too slow and I can’t watch a tv.

This is my second time staying at Darlene's apartment and everything was great again. Great location close to everything by trike that you can catch right in front of the property. Will definitely stay again when we go back to Dumaguete.

This is a good location if you are mobile. May has a good motorbike for hire so I chose that option. It's quiet and perhaps a little cooler up in Valencia. I loved driving around Dumaguete so I enjoyed the fact that it was a 10 to 15 minute drive downtown. The laundry service was impeccable. For me it was a very good experience.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is incredibly cozy and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The view is absolutely stunning—whether you’re enjoying your morning swim or winding down in the evening, it adds something really special to the experience. The host was exceptionally warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my brief stay. Her hospitality truly stood out. And the pets—so sweet and well-behaved—they added a lovely, comforting presence. If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet place to rest and recharge, I wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb. It’s a little slice of calm and comfort that I’m so grateful to have found.

Me and my partner definitely had a very good time staying at Emily's. We enjoyed the home made banana muffins. ⭐ The clean rooms were majestic; even the pool was spotless. We definitely loved the breakfast bundle. The spot is somehow accessible with a little bit of motorcycle/car ride (or maybe walk) but despite the distance, it is worth it. I'll definitely recommend this to my friends and fellow travelers who want to enjoy their stay in Negros. Plus, Emily was kind enough to print out our e-tickets for our boat ride home.

A cozy and well-equipped space that truly feels like home. Thoughtfully stocked with essentials—including toothbrushes and toothpaste—for added convenience. Fast internet and dedicated study tables make it ideal for those balancing work and relaxation. The person in charge was also very friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable

The host was absolutely lovely 🥰 I’ve felt very welcome. I’ve stayed for a month. Place was clean and cosy. Fast internet with no issues. Very peaceful location, a bit out of centre but tricycles were easy enough to catch. I definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to stay in crowded, busy hotels.

10/10. The place is very big and modern. (the house, parking area, rooms, living areas, etc) The host greeted us in person on our first day and was very responsive and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. The place is near the town, I remember driving late at night and it only took around 3-5 minutes to 7eleven. We will come back soon. 🙌

Loved our time staying at the Airbnb. Host was very responsive. We asked for a mop so we could clean up after ourselves and they had it sent asap. They had Toiletries available, which we were thankful for since we forgot to bring some. The place was very clean , aesthetic and definitely felt like home. Kitchenware were available as well and a fridge which was very convenient. Linens and towels were clean 🤍. Love the service. I 100% recommend this place. The place was exceptionally-maintained and immaculate. Everything inside looked brand new and elegantly designed, which really radiated modern style. When I arrived, it was spotless and perfectly prepared for my stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating too, checking in was a walk in the park. This airbnb place suits our needs , it has a comfy bed and clean bathroom with hot water for shower plus a jacuzzi that fits 2 persons in case u want to enjoy it at the end of a long exhausting day from the beach and all outdoor activities . The resto bar across the property can get loud at night , the stray dogs howling and the on and off noise from the vehicles passing through will test ur patience but the ear plugs provided usually helps. Overall , it’s a nice place with great responsive and friendly hosts . Thank you Chris and Apple for making our stay an enjoyable one .

The best guesthouse on Airbnb I have ever stayed in the Philippines. Aple arranged everything for us since from pickup to final sending us to the port. The room is large enough for two people, considering the additional balcony. TV is equipped with Netflix so you could enjoy latest series or movies. I would definitely choose to stay again if coming back to Bohol. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the island.

One of the best place to stay in Panglao. Chris, Aple, Mary and others were so supportive and helpful during the stay I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a condo with jacuzzi without kitchen :)
