Tracte correcte, bona ubicació i hi ha algú en la recepció les 24 h. El personal de la neteja era molt amable.

What a wonderful week we had and WHAT A VIEW!!! Relaxing, comfy, spotless and well equipped. Great location too. A parking space is an absolute bonus, especially if you come here in the summer when it’s very busy!! Check in and communication were excellent.

Perfect place right in the centre of Jávea/Xabia. As long as you don’t mind sharing 😊

Estuve muy cómoda en la habitación del departamento de Samuel. El lugar es céntrico, pero muy tranquilo. Samuel respondió siempre muy rápidamente a mis consultas realizadas a través de la app

Muy bien todo, piso muy amplio, moderno y en perfecto estado, a un precio muy económico. Lo único malo es que no hay wifi, aunque se especifica, creo.

Fabulous holiday at Lynn’s chalet. (And they accommodated us at really short notice.) If I could give Lyn 10 stars I would. We had some very minor techy probs (which were not their fault) and everything was sorted out quickly and smoothly. The house is lovely, beds comfortable, aircon, fans and everything you need in the kitchen. But the star of the show is the terrace and garden. The large balcony terrace overlooks the surrounding countryside, a lovely cool place to have breakfast and the sunsets are amazing! The swimming pool is a really good size and loads of lounging spaces around it. Most of the day was spent here ☺️ The house is in such a good location. Ontinyent is the local town and we walked there and back ( less than 2 miles each way and flatish) There are lots of nice bars cafes restaurants and shops. Pou Clar a natural beauty spot is wonderful to visit for a dip in the river. We meant to go to Valencia but we couldn’t leave the house!! Brilliant holiday thank you 🤩

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. Fantastisch huis, geweldige service en zeer vriendelijke host. Duidelijke instructies zowel digitaal als op papier aanwezig. Op de dag van vertrek konden we in overleg later uitchecken waardoor onze kinderen nog even heerlijk hebben kunnen slapen. Bij vragen wordt er direct en vriendelijk gereageerd. Kortom, een fantastisch verblijf gehad, ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

El alojamiento en general está muy completo pero la información en la descripción no es muy correcta ya que es solo la planta baja, de todas formas el alojamiento es bastante grande y acogedor y la ubicación bastante apartada y con buenas vistas

Perfect & fully equipped apartment for staying in the center of Alicante! Everything is within walking distance, the castle, the promenade, the beach, the many restaurants, the port and the shopping center. My flight was at the end of the afternoon and I got the service to use the apartment until 14.30. Highly recommended, thank you so much!

Pasamos unos días en familia fantásticos! La casa tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte agusto y Katharina es muy amable y hospitalaria. Sin duda volveremos a repetir. La piscina súper bien para niños!

Tamara made us feel welcome via text before we even arrived. She was these to greet us and always responsive when we needed to ask anything. The place was perfect and exactly as the listing. Lots of special touches and totally private and tranquil. Would highly recommend staying here, great location, value and home from home ❤️

We hebben hier een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het appartement is nog beter dan de foto's en beschrijving doen voorkomen. Super appartement met een nog prachtiger (uitzicht vanaf het) dakterras. Het appartement was schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. De keuken is ook goed uitgerust. Ondanks dat beide slaapkamers boven drukke terrassen zitten, is er niet veel geluidsoverlast als je de ramen dicht doet. Kortom: aanrader!
