My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

I Sassi del Circeo - meravigliosa vista sul mare

La villa “I Sassi del Circeo” si affaccia sul mare, con un impareggiabile panorama, ed è immersa nel giardino mediterraneo del Parco Nazionale del Circeo: offre una vacanza indimenticabile di mare, natura, silenzio. Il clima mite, la natura fiorente, e il comfort della casa -con aria condizionata e riscaldamento- permettono di godere del relax in ogni periodo dell’anno. Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

In an enchanting area between bougainvillea and mediterranean olive trees is located a beautiful house 50 meters fromthe sea that can be reached on foot without having to take the boat or the car. The house consist of two bedrooms, kitchen, corridor, large bathroom and a large panoramic terrace. The house can accomodate up 6 people and is equiped wih air conditioning, hairdryer, free wifi, fan oven, stainless steel gas barbecue, led tv and a beautiful solarium.

Chiaia's Cottage

Casetta Chiaia is situated on the beach (whose name is the same as the house). You just have to open the door to find your selves on the sand! The position is strategic, close to bus stops, private beaches, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. The historical center of Forio is a 10-minute walk away from the house and San Francesco's beach is even closer.
