With just a short 3-block walk from the beginning of downtown, minutes to the beach, pier, fairgrounds, famous surf spots, and driving distance to Santa Barbara and Ojai, guests can truly choose their own adventure! After enjoying your day, come back to the patio and sip on some drinks by the fire, and finish the night on the plush memory foam mattress.

The Garden Suite-Private 500 sq.ft

We kindly ask that you show the same respect, consideration, and politeness toward us and our home as you would expect from guests in your own home. Our guest suite is on the ground floor of an upgraded,renovated, 2 story home built in 1968. Amenities include: keyless entrance,10'x11' bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, private living room with sectional sofa, YouTubeTV, Wi-Fi,shared kitchen, Central Heating and Air Conditioning (Host control: 69-72 F), and a work desk.

Cottage In The Orchard

The cottage is located by our orchard, very private w views from every window. Comfortably furnished (Queen bed, couch, desk, armoire, dresser,TV) it comes w a kitchen (incl w/d), bathroom (shower) and a fenced yard to relax. It has a light and airy feel, heating and a/c. Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months.

With so many options for things to do, it's hard to resist staying in and watching the sailboats or sunset from the outside chairs!
