Take advantage of bicycle trails with 5 bikes provided. Help yourself to citrus, herb garden and veggies! Trevor and Susan are very hospitable and will often invite you to participate in backyard gatherings - wood fired pizza in the outdoor ramada. However, mutual respect of privacy is appreciated - thanks! Centrally located - easy access to freeways, many golf courses, excellent restaurants, world class shopping -Kierland, Biltmore, Scottsdale Fashion Square. Close to all Scottsdale/Phoenix events: BARRET JACKSON and GOOD GUYS car shows, SPRING TRAINING! PHOENIX OPEN! ARABIAN HORSE SHOW! Casinos/shows/movie theaters/short drive to Fountain Hills/Mayo Clinic/Mayo Hospital. If you do not have a car...or would prefer not to drive...Uber is excellent! Five bicycles available for use - great bike path routes throughout Scottsdale. Many hiking trails to choose from - all close by. Bicycle paths - 5 bikes to use. Private access...gated side yard. Trevor is happy to share his extensive knowledge of Arizona. It is a quiet acreage neighborhood with desert wildlife, including quail and roadrunners, and is excellent for star gazing and bird watching. Chimney Rock Studio is located in West Sedona on a private street below Thunder Mountain, it is the largest red rock in Sedona.and a beautiful hike that you can walk to minutes up the street. You will be seeing the view of Chimney Rock while laying in bed enjoying a cup of coffee, it’s a very popular hike as well. Javelinas, deers and bobcats often come and visit and they are safe to be around. The studio is quiet comfortable and spacious with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Lake Montezuma is located in the very center of Arizona, in the Verde Valley. In a short drive of less than an hour you can be in Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott or Jerome. This lovely Southwest style apartment has a private ,fenced, backyard for grilling or relaxing over a cup of coffee in the morning, . Although it is a duplex, the back yard is very private and nothing like apartment or motel lodging. Please note that there are no pets and no smoking allowed.
