Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Apartment in a typical Umbrian farmhouse (composed by three apartments). The apartment is on the ground floor, on the first floor live the owners. It is for 5 people and had got 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed and private bathroom with nice lake view 2 double bed and private bathroom and and terrace 3- single bed and private bathroom Living room and a tiny kitchen. The apartment has also a nice veranda with beautiful lake view. We have a nice swimming pool we like to share with our guests.

Podere Pereti Nuovi-modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.
