Luxury Lake Side Apartment near Amsterdam

Relax and enjoy the spacious terrace with amazing view over the Vinkeveens Plassen lake. The large and spacious apartment is stylish and luxury decorated. With two private bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cabin. Fully equipped kitchen. Incl. a private berth for boat owners (€), and a secured parking space. Within walking distance you can enjoy amazing food and drinks at the nearby Beach Club, restaurants and boat rental. Amsterdam is only 10 mins and Utrecht 20 mins by car.

Romantisch chalet direct aan prachtig natuurwater

Dit chalet is binnen 6x4 en voorzien van keuken (met magnetron-oven en koelkast), badkamer met douche en toilet, een knusse bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 met een opstapje) en voldoende bergruimte. Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Enjoy the best of both worlds - experience living in a quiet peaceful chalet by the canal and the energetic vibe of Amsterdam (28km or 17miles away) Depending on mood & weather, you can enjoy lakeside activities one day and city tours or Amsterdam nightlife the next. The chalet is located inside a vacation park (Proosdij) 900m or 10-15 min walk from the main entrance. Direct access to it is only by boat or bike. Our co-host will greet & provide you with all needed information.

Voor deze locatie heb je wel een auto nodig gezien de ligging in de natuur. Het huis is van alle luxe voorzien. Ideaal voor weekend trip of weekje(s) weg. Gratis parkeerplek voor het huis. Incl. twee supplanken om de omgeving te verkennen. Visite en feesten zijn in dit huis niet toegestaan. Dit huis heeft een persoonlijke in en uitcheck.

Floating tiny house Java Island (nearby Amsterdam)

Java Islands is een Floating Tiny house gelegen aan een eiland in de Vinkeveense Plassen zeer dicht bij Amsterdam, Utrecht en Haarlem. Het is alleen bereikbaar per boot en je waant je er in een oase van rust midden in de natuur. Bootje te huur voor €30 per dag om zelf te kunnen komen en weg gaan naar het eiland. Kijk ook eens naar onze andere tiny houses Java Island 2 en Borneo Island. Deze hebben een houtkacheltje staan. Gezellig voor het brandend kachelvuurtje in de herfst.

Wij delen graag onze mooie plek, daarom verhuren wij af en toe ons tiny house, "Waar geluk ligt" Wij hebben het zelf ingericht om het zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Wij vinden het leven in een kleine ruimte met veel buitenruimte een vrij gevoel geven. Zeker met de Vinkeveense Plassen voor ons. Als u met jonge kinderen komt, kunt u bij ons een elektrische bakfiets huren. Vraag hiernaar bij de verhuurder
